Do not trust this used car dealer

Do not trust this used car dealer! He is dodgy! I arranged to test drive a Hyundai hybrid. Chris the owner of the company agreed to bring it from Oxford to Hereford for me to test it. I paid £150 in advance for the journey. If I bought the car this amount would be deducted and if I didn't buy it, he would keep the money.
Two days later I cancelled the arrangement and required a full refund under the distance selling regulations.
He returned £75 stating he had paid for the hire of a trailer and could produce an invoice. When asked for proof of payment of the invoice, none has been forthcoming. It turned out that he had only 2 cars for sale in the first place.
