I wouldn't order or trust this business. I purchased a jumper. I returned it. The jumper is 74 euro and I got a refund of 54 euro. For some weird reason that took out a 10 processing fee (??) and a shipping fee. The shipping fee I somewhat understand but I have never had a clothing company not refund a processing fee. So 20 euro just gone. That is super dodgy to me. So yeah, I would never buy from them again.

after a over a month with back and forth with this company, they now say the pants will not be returned only willing to give a $20.00 refund on a pair of $70.00 pants.They know they arrived damaged but made every excuse not to return them, have been washed , labels removed all were explained to them. I just want to say anyone wanted to purchase from this company look else were. overpriced , poor quality merchandise, worse customer service and in the end your out all your money.

WHAT A DISGUSTING COMPANY. I PLACED AN ORDER BY ACCIDENT & NOW THEYRE SAYING THE ORDER DOESNT EXIST EVEN THOUGH I SENT THE $110 CHARGE ON MY CARD. This was the most disappointing service I’ve ever received. I ordered items for my holiday and White Fox was unable to provide any explanation as to why my parcel was returned to them and refused to properly assist me. As a result, I was left without my items for my holiday. Very poor customer service and communication — I will never purchase from them again.

I have a very bad experience. I bought a Hoodie, it was small so I return it. They never send any receiving email. When I email few times then reply. They received the hoodie but they can’t refund because no tag. I said to them return a hoodie back. I will pay the courier.

You have to keep contacting multiple times to try get your money back from a return. I ordered a dress on the 9th of April. It came and the quality was awful so I requested a return. They charged 9 euros to return which is firstly ridiculous. I sent the order back to the post office in the 11th of April, which was 2 days later. It is now the 18th of may, I’ve contacted their customer service about 5 times at this stage, each time they respond back saying that I will get my refund 10 days after they receive my return. They are so unhelpful. Today I contacted the again through their online chat, and they said I didn’t return my order in time when I did. I’m still waiting on my money back 5 weeks later. Never buy from whitefox if you want to save your money and energy.

I kindly requested store credit or a return, as I was past the return window. The customer service team were understanding and as a gesture of goodwill, offered me store credit which I was very grateful for. Really appreciate the help and support provided.

I will never buy from this company again, I ordered two tops for my daughter, neither one fit so I returned the tops and asked for a credit note on one of the tops and a refund on the other top, after a month of waiting and multiple emails to them, I got told to stop emailing as I would end up at the end of the queue and would take longer. This company eventually refunded me £19 for a top that cost me £25 not including delivery, the other top which I am waiting on an email for a credit note , they emailed me and said it has been rejected, I don’t understand what that means, I feel extremely angry and upset with the customer service never again will I order from them again

The customer service representative that helped me was Elise. I explained a situation I had and responded to every single one of my emails!! She helped solve my problem by getting White Fox management involved and everyone's kindness towards the situation made a big impact. Thank you for resolving my issue just the way I wanted instead of refusing my preferred solution!! At first, I was a little upset that they were unable to replace my credit card charge with my store credit because I placed an order after business hours and I thought that was unfair, but I greatly appreciate the exception they gave me! <3
