Absolutely appalled by the way I’ve been treated by this company and especially by a customer service representative named Kyla.
I have spent a huge amount of money with this brand over the past few years and have never once complained. The first time I raise a genuine issue that an item arrived without tags attached and not in expected new condition I’m immediately met with accusations and dismissive responses instead of actual customer service.
Kyla outright stated that the item “did not arrive in this condition,” essentially accusing me of damaging or wearing the item myself, despite having absolutely no evidence to support that claim. The tone throughout has been rude, accusatory, and honestly disgusting.
Rather than listening to a loyal customer, they repeatedly hid behind policy and dragged the matter out until the return window expired, despite me reporting the issue promptly from the beginning.
Good customer service starts with treating customers fairly and respectfully. Long-term customers should not be spoken to like they are being dishonest for reporting a legitimate issue.
Truly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had from a company I’ve supported for years.

I had decent experiences with them for a while but I got locked out of my account at one point. I wasn't getting any "reset password" emails from them. I contacted their customer service and they did not help at all. Once girl ended the chat without even answering my question. I had thousands of points in my account and they said they had no way of helping me get into my account if I wasn't getting the "reset password" emails. They also said they can't transfer points. So I lost a ton of points on many purchases I had made and they did absolutely nothing to help. Obviously, haven't shopped with them since.

So they need to improve in the customer service whatever they have the good quality of the clothing.

I did an order next day delivery should have came nearly 2 weeks ago, no dispatch email, funds taken from my bank almost £300.
No response from any of customer service team. Not happy at all.

TERRIBLE NEVER BUY FROM THEM.
I ordered 4 dresses from white fox needed to return 3 of them as the arrived faulty with stains on all of them and I tried contacting them for 3 weeks and they ignored me and I’m fuming as now I’ve sent it back with photo evidence and tags still on them and now they are saying the won’t refund my £150. With dresses that are defected they are awful with customer service I also wouldn’t recommend the quality it is bad and if I could give 0 stars I would I would never buy from them again.

I had used my old address information when ordering online, and less than 24 hours later I received an email that my address was changed and the order will be shipped soon. Customer service was efficient and quick.

My daughters dress arrived slightly damaged( a hole in the netting)
I was in a bind as my daughter needed the dress for her birthday . Elise was very helpful as she was going to do a refund or store credit, however the dress was no longer available in my daughter’s size and we decided to keep the dress. Elise gave me a partial refund so I was very say with the customer service I received.

Worst company and customer service I have EVER dealt with. Ordered tow parcels, fist parcel I did not receive an order confirmation I emailed about this they said I put the wrong email when I most certainly did not.
Emailed again asking for an order number so I could create a return, the continues to send me the other number and bar code for the other parcel which, I obviously didn’t use as I knew they would use it as an excuse not to refund me.
Waited over 4 weeks for them to reply to me with a return label, absolute worse company ever.
Sent my other parcel back with everything I ordered in there ans they told me I still had to pay £36? In which I told them I returned the whole parcel and they finally gave me a refund.
Do not know who works for this company but it’s like they make it up as they go along.

APPALLING SERVICE
I received a hoodie with a very noticeable stain, I haven’t even opened up the package it is wrapped in. I emailed white fox asking for a replacement (I will send this one back. Customer services shocking nobody replies to any emails and the chat bot says I must send it back and repurchase but my discount will not be added like last time and shipping will have to be paid. So they’re basically making me spend an extra £15 for a hoodie they sent STAINED and DAMAGED in the first place !!!!

This purchase was very bad from start to finish. The product was very cheaply made and the fabric was just as bad. Don’t even consider you will be able to return it. After a series of convoluted bait and switch tactics I gave up.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bought a gift card and never recieved it.
They then said suspected fraud and wanted a screenshot of the transaction inside the banking app which I provided.
They are now ghosting me and holding my money for ransom!!!!! I have emailed multiple times and no response.
Don't deal with this fraudulent company!

Absolutely worst customer service. Sent them multiple emails about the order (my little children accidently pressed "order" button after collecting 600$ worth of items in the cart and for some reason the order was sent without even asking for card details (apparently card details were saved). Called them immediately and send 10 emails asking to cancel the order. Completely ignoring the emails for weeks and weeks. Eventually the 600$ order arrived. 50% of The items we terrible (too small or too large), material way too thin and unwearable. The most dissapointing ONline shopping experience ever.
