Items that came were too big even though I followed the guidance from the website. I wanted to exchange the items to avoid returns costs and to keep my voucher in use - I was told this isn’t possible. There’s then the added risk the items will sell out again, while the items that are too big, are being returned. Better system needed or give proper advice to start with on sizes for an online only store.

WARNING! Read before ordering WhiteFox
Never buy from them again. I ordered a hoodie for my daughter. Somehow the shipping address came up to an unknown shipping address that I didnt enter. To some european funeral home. We noticed it immediately and contacted WhiteFox within 30 seconds of placing the order. I got an Ai response that said it was too late the order shipped. That was impossible. I continued to try and contact them with no luck, all within the first few minutes or so after placing the order. There are no phone numbers to call, only Ai. What a screwed up company. We are filing consumer fraud complaints with the Illinois Attorney General. Either theyre purposely stealing the merchandise or some other scam.

If you want the worst of the worst costumer service then make sure too order from here!!! They have messed up several orders from sending the wrong sizes, sending wrong items and the worst form of customer service. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

Do NOT buy from whitefox. They must be stopped
Extremely distressing experience.
First order back in June, bad quality, top kept coming undone on night out. Had to have friends tie it several times. Was so unhappy. I exchanged for store credit to avoid the £6 return fee.. big mistake.
More recently bought some pjs and they were ridiculously long (the top) and see-through. I then returned these to only receive £2.25 to my bank account. With £25 being put into store credit. Baring in mind I could have kept the pjs and put on vinted instead had I known they would do this. There was no mention of it.
I submitted a formal complaint over a week ago and have heard nothing back. They have stolen my money. Total £46. So unimpressed. My first interaction had speedy replies and now I seem to be ghosted.
Do not buy or support whitefox. They must be stopped

Do not order here if you are from Europe! I just received very high import fees from FedEx—up to €100! Nowhere on the website did it mention that I would have to pay this. Really outrageous and almost feels like a scam. Absolutely do not order.

Poor returns
Great delivery. However my item came defected, and it has been over a week I have been waiting for my return request. Very annoying to return, I have had to contact them on instagram as they weren’t answering their “customer help” emails! Still not sorted.

Sizing, odour and quality issues!!
First time I ordered off their website, I fell victim to the oil stains - second time I ordered a sweater that stuck of sweat and took multiple washes to remove the smell - third and final time was a pair of jeans that were sized to be a M/L when I ordered a S. I checked myself against the size guide/ model and it indicated I was a S. Was told that not all bodies will fit their garments and their item sizes vary and to use the sizing chart as a guide only. All three occasions WFB have denied to take any responsibility, offered me store credit at the sale price of the item and instructed me to cover shipping costs. Very scripted responded from customer service to keep themselves covered. Not ordering off here again.
