Second time ordering a bunch of new hoodies and the quality has changed they are so thin and tbh feel like shein quality. So disappointed because I got them on sale an am unable to return them.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with White Fox.
I ordered a hoodie for my 10‑year‑old daughter, and when it arrived it was clearly used visibly worn and not in new condition.
I reported this to White Fox within two hours of delivery and was asked to send photos for assessment, which I did immediately. Since then, I’ve had no response at all, despite chasing multiple times.
Selling an item as “new” when it has clearly been worn is unacceptable, and the complete lack of communication afterwards is equally disappointing. Customers deserve better than being ignored after following all the steps the company requests.
I’m still waiting for a resolution — either a replacement in genuinely new condition or a full refund. At this point, I simply want the issue addressed properly.

I ordered a hoody for my little girls birthday the hoody hasn’t arrived.
DPD are saying it was never handed over.
They asked me to ask white fox to initiate a trace.
I am now 4 days with ZERO response at from white fox. And despite ordering on the 17th of March and postage taking 2 days we don’t have it for her Birthday today on the 25th.
There is practically zero customer service after you pay. I appreciate things can get delayed but lack of customer service is so poor.
Save you money and order from a reliable source that provide atleast a basic level of customer service.

Yes I finally got a refund after White Fox gave me store credit which I didn’t want I was very clear I wanted the item I ordered or a refund. I eventually got a refund after another couple of days of emails.
White fox basically say they take no responsibility for goods lost or stolen, and once the dispatch, that’s it. They won’t follow up with the courier and initiate a trace or do anything really, they wouldn’t provide any proof it was handed over to begin with, ZERO customer service.
So my original comments still stand.
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced when buying a product online, and I would urge anyone to shop elsewhere.

I have heard lots of stories about how unbelievably bad white fox’s customer service is yet still shopped there. Until today. I ordered a bikini top and bottoms and some other bits for myself. The dispatch was late and when i checked online it said the bikini bottoms were online. I thought maybe this is the reason it’s late. I then email and they let me know it’s now on the way. Tell me why i open my parcel and the bikini bottoms are not there. What would they like me to do with just the bikini top? So obviously customer service and I go back and forth. For them to now say that their ‘dispatch team’ said they put the bikini bottoms in there. How ridiculous. I sent proof of my packaging and items i received. And the bikini bottoms were not there obviously. I was talking to Alexis from customer service. Who thinks customers are clearly always wrong. I have no means to lie to a store i always shop from. Like what? I am absolutely devastated. If i do order from there i will be opening the packaging on camera and i suggest any one else who orders does the same. Ridiculous.

I'm absolutely furious. I ordered from WhiteFox and used the promo code. The package arrived, and guess what—I received the wrong one, containing items I never ordered. Now they want me to return it at my own expense because they're based in a non-EU country, which is also a hassle due to customs and finding the correct return address. But no one is telling me what happened to my actual order—whether I’ll get it again or have to reorder it (which means I’ll lose the discount). @whitefoxboutique isn’t responding to my emails anymore; really terrible customer service, probably AI-driven.

Beware when ordering from this website. I ordered a dress and immediately requested to change the shipping information (immediately) and was told I would be assisted and the just received an email that it was already processed 2 days later. Beware of their customer service. This business does not accommodate customers.

Bought an outfit on black Friday. Come Xmas, the pants were a bit small. Their 30 day return policy was up so they wouldn't let me return or exchange a size. A ridiculous return policy. I've purchased a number of items from them but never again.
