Lettings Team
We have used Whitgates for rental management since buying our property in 2007. I must confess we had a number of initial teething problems with communication in the beginning, however this has now improved over the years.
Michelle is a real asset to the team and we are
really pleased that she is now our Property Manager. In her previous position as Letting Agent she went above and beyond to find us suitable tenants. Also worth a mention that Rachel and Lyndsey also played a vital part in helping us with a number of on going problems with the property. The girls continue to be proactive and respond to any requests that I have.

This company is an absolute joke
This company is an absolute joke. They lie never reply to emails if they do ignore questions they don’t like. Had to take them to ombudsman they lied to them too and when I got rewarded compensation they never paid me. Really awful company don’t believe google reviews as it won’t let you add a negative review

Very dishonest and misleading
Very dishonest and misleading. Do not have your best interest at heart. Whitegates in Bootle is the reason estate agents have a bad name. If you are a tenant go elsewhere to find a property as there is plenty of competition.
