Terrible company. Do not order from them. I need 4 rods for a project, so I order 4 rods from them. After close to a week, a package finally arrives, but instead of there being 4, there is only 1 rod. Then when I call them they say they will mail me the 3 outstanding rods. When I received the package there were ZERO rods inside. They didn't even secure the package properly and they must have slipped out in transit. I called and they won't send me more as they say they are out of stock, yet on their website it is saying the product is still available in-stock. So now I have to order from amother company, weeks after my project was supposed to be finished. How hard is it to mail someone 4 rods? Obviously pretty hard for this pathetic company.
