Nathan displayed excellent customer service skills. He was patient with me from the start to the end. I kept going back and forth but he calmy attended to all my requests. He kept to time too, making sure he called back exactly when he promised.

White magic arranged our business class trip from Manchester to Brisbane with stopovers in Hong Kong and Sydney. A great fare with substantial savings, and everything worked like clockwork.
3 separate carriers. Cathay were outstanding, Lufthansa and Swissair less so. Only one little niggle, a 9 HR stop in Hong Kong on way back in an extremely busy lounge. Nowhere to properly relax.

The staff are so friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I booked my flights to NZ on the wed night all straight forward and easy with raven. Etickets came through on Thursday morning was a bit worried no communication on wed but all was good
