False advertising - SCAM
I saw an ad from them online and kept checking it for 3 days. I then clicked on a return flight for London to Sydney advertised as from £505. NATHAN contacted me, got more details, although I had already input the dates. NATHAN then found flights (on different days) for £1,145.
When I questioned, why not the prices advertised, NATHAN said prices prices change frequently and sometimes they are out of date, I know this was not true as they had not changed for 3 days.
White Magic Travel mislead customers by offering low prices, as click-bait. It is a morally corrupt form of advertising. I guess ATOL, (of whom they are a member) have never investigated their practices.
I am happy to be contacted to supply copy of WhatsApp's from NATHAN.

The company understands what make customers tick, I think. My experience with White Magic has been great. Rebecca who served me was particulary and exceptionally good at handling my transaction. She navigated my booking in such a profession way indeed as it required changes in between to sort out. I recommend her to her Bosses for another star this year!

Don't expect the price you see!…
I went on their website looking for flights to Australia and they were priced for £530 so rang them up to make the booking. They then wanted to charge me between £1200-1400 which is much more than other sites.
I said I can get better price myself and was asked to ring them back and they will match the price. I'm not going to go back it's up to them to get me a better price
They have asked for more information I think I've given enough. They say 1 price and charge another

Scam website!
The website is pure 100% SCAM!
The prices on this website are completely bogus and made up.
I was looking for flights being priced between £350 - £450. The gentleman on the phone quoted me over GRAND!, yes, that's right, over £1000 more!
Also, the gentleman on the phone kept saying that they are more because of taxes and fees.
But it clearly says under every price "per person incl. taxes and fees"
The whole purpose of the website is to lure you in for a call.
100% pure scam website!

Mark at White Magic Travel 🤩
Mark at White Magic Travel is just fantastic, myself & my wife have booked 2 long haul holidays with him, one being just flights to Brisbane (no accommodation needed) & the other a trip to the Maldives.
Mark listened to our requirements & did his best to tick all the boxes, he contacted the resort to ascertain the answers to our questions & he kept us updated on a regular basis… it wasn’t a case of once booked that’s it enjoy your holiday, it was a caring service right up until departure & even then he checked in during the holiday to ensure everything was satisfactory.
We highly recommend Mark & without doubt he is our go to holiday guy 😊

What a Fantastic experience I have had with Nathan, and White Magic Travels. Nathan done all the foot slogging for me found a few great flights let me pick the one that suited my needs best and kept me informed of all the arrangements at each point even as the flight changed Nathan kept me informed straight away even to the point when he went on leave he followed the booking up and made sure that I had received my e-tickets and everything was OK.
