From the first email through to the car arriving on my drive I found Justin, and his team, a pleasure to deal with. The approach of White Oak Motors Ltd was professional, courteous and very helpful regardless of my questions and requests.

I have to say I was not the easiest of customers to deal with yet Justin never broke from his stride in delivering what I required in a very polite manner.

What can be a journey of trepidation and of the unknown was tuned into an experience I would strongly recommend to anyone who has spotted a car on Justin's forecourt.

Justin was helpful from beginning to end and even went out of his way to help when we discovered we had left a clipboard with some important documents at his office. He posted it to us 1st class, signed for delivery the next working day without a fuss. Early days as to the reliability of the car we bought last week, but it's looking really good so far. Thanks Justin!

I thought about maybe 2 stars as the point of sale was fantastic. Justin was extremely helpful and quick in sending over photos and videos of the car. Unfortunately I did not take my son to collect the car and he left without agreeing a warranty.
When I spoke with Justin he advised to read the CRA15 and he does not offer warranties; this I found strange as I have always had a warranty of at least 6 months.
Within 30 days we had problems with the car but my son was taken ill and admitted to hospital. On the 33rd day of having the car on the way to the garage it broke down.
This is when we saw the true colours of this garage and ‘salesman’. He became quite unprofessional! As a gesture of goodwill he offered us £330; my son so wanting the car roadworthy accepted this! We have now been left out of pocket of over a thousand pounds as the car needs a new engine; Justin saying my son caused the problem. Well my son did not take the head gasket off and put silicone in it which is what our mechanic has found!!
Absolutely disgusted with the attitude and behaviour of this ‘salesman’, and yes he may be lovely when you buy from him but just pray nothing goes wrong with the car!!

I have just bought a car from White Oak and found it one of the most pleasurable experiences. Justin could not do any more to help with my questions regarding condition, history, spec and previous maintenance of the car. We spoke and text many times leading up to our visit to Maidstone and every query was followed up with a favourable response. He could not do any more to make the transaction so painless. He also took my current car in part-ex and gave me what I asked for it.

I purchased a second hand car from White Oak Motors Ltd and was very pleasantly surprised to have finally found a straight forward, no nonsense, stand up, honest car dealer. They were incredibly easy to deal with and very accommodating and went above and beyond in terms of customer service, ensuring the vehicle was to my satisfaction before I handed over any money and drove it away. I very, very rarely feel confident in recommending any car dealer, there's always something that causes an issue or a niggle but my experience with this company was faultless. The car wasn't even terribly expensive so I was doubly impressed with the efforts they went to, to make sure I was happy. I would happily buy again from this car dealer.
