As always from this lovely company garments as described, true to size & beautifully made.

Purchased items online. Couple were not suitable, too big and not a good fit. Returned to site in Brighton. Sales assistant was very helpful and returned one item and recovered a smaller size. This arrived within 5 days. And fits well.

Really friendly & helpful staff at the Broughton shop.

My order came in the allotted time. I did not give 5 stars because I ordered 2 different sizes of jeans and still had to pay the postage back on the pair I was returning

Would have given 5 stars but you use Evri as your courier. I only knew my parcel had been delivered by a white stuff email. I then had to find my parcel!!! I was in at the time and have a ring doorbell. So no excuse for it to be chucked behind a flower pot!!!

On line ordering is straightforward and simple. Delivery was on time and items were as selected; a good fit and excellent quality.

Paid for next day delivery and delivered on time.
The sizing was out on my skirt that I ordered large fitting needed to order a smaller size.
The store was very helpful by refunding me for the wrong size install instead of having to send back

Bought a blue and cream cardigan from them. Was very quick to arrive. Very nice and lovely and soft . Fits great and matches the pics.

I popped into White Stuff on George Street today, and as always, the customer service was second to none. The staff here are genuinely incredible—so warm, friendly, and helpful every single time you step through the door.
A special shoutout to Wendy, who has made every visit such a lovely experience over the years. The team’s energy today was infectious; they were so excited sharing a sneak peek of the upcoming autumn range, and their enthusiasm completely got me hyped for the new season too! I picked up a great sale bargain today, but I’ve already got my eye on a few stunning autumnal pieces that I’ll definitely be going back for soon.
If White Stuff head office reads this: you have an absolute gem of a team in Edinburgh. They make shopping here a joy! Thank you Wendy & Team ❤️☺️

Great service quick and easy transaction

Excellent quality and mostly a good fit. Drawstring shorts too baggy for me, but easy returns procedure so not a problem.

We shopped in our local Beverley store today and had a great experience. I tried on a couple of lovely quality, new season, jumpers and the sales assistant, Abigail, was so helpful and engaging. Really knowledgable about the clothes and was enthusiastic in discussing options on how to style my new purchase. Such great customer service and a credit to the store.

Quality is excellent but sizing bizarre. 20R is smaller than 18R! Had to return that pair. The 18 is excellent, good fabric, cut and fit.
