Stop me if you’ve experienced this before, your beloved espresso machine has somehow decided that a very important part of its inner working is missing!! I know who to trust and immediately hum on wholelattelove and order just the little magnet I need BUT once it is delivered the bubble mailer is empty!! OH NO, but the caring and attentive customer support staff immediately jumped into action and sent me a replacement, satisfied and caffeinated customer!!

Ordering was easy. Shipment updates were given. Product received quickly with no damages.

I have been a repeat customer. I had to use their customer support to order parts for Racillio espresso machine, and found it "ok" but little expert insight on which parts were needed to fix the issue.

Recently I purchased a new espresso machine and grinder. The Eureka grinder had a defective manual-timer switch. It has been a month since I contacted their online service and I now have a month of support text messages, two weeks from when "Brian" from technical support would contact me, which has not happened.

A product warranty is NOT a technical issue unless "Brain" wants to explain to me how to push in an on off button. VERY disappointed.

I bought a Baratza grinder for $500. It stopped working 4 weeks after purchase. WLL took no responsibility and kicked me to Baratza, who take days to respond. There is no benefit to shopping with WLL over Amazon.

The gaggia academia is a fantastic piece of equipment. It was shipped out quickly and received without incident. I've been enjoying the upgraded coffee experience. The price tag was big, but it's well worth it.

The overall experience was excellent. My only critique is transparency around shipping charges to Alaska. Going from shipping being included for contiguous states to being charged without transparency is frustrating. How much of the cost was covered in good faith as if it was being shipped to Florida or Texas, or do you recover the entirety of the shipping because I'm in AK?

The machine is great, it was easy to setup and use, had issues with my order hut customer service was very helpful and professional, I'll recommend to all my friends and family

We bought a refurbished Gaggia Magenta Prestige, which was marked down to a song but made even better by a 20% discount we happily accepted. When the machine arrived, it had the wrong water spout, but Whole Latte Love sent a replacement right away. Although it took another week to arrive, the wait was well worth it! My wife said if we drank this coffee in a shop, we would agree that it was some of the best coffee we’ve ever had in our lives. It’s a major upgrade to our quality of life and at a price that made it irresistible. To quote Led Zeppelin, “Got a Whole Latte Love!” 🤘😊🎸
