He answered all my questions—even the ones I didn’t know I had! It’s clear that he truly masters his work; his professionalism and knowledge really stand out. I had a scheduled video support call with Stephen Kuster to go over issues i was having with my Gaggia Classic tripping the circuit breakers when the unit was turned on. He was very knowledgeable and directed me patiently to do some troubleshooting and testing with a multimeter resulting in us isolating the problem. its a great website but my bad experience with return, its just too much to send a product back plus they refused to return a coffee i didn't even receive.

I had an issue with my first machine, and after a few questions and a 24 hour review, it was replaced without hassle. All reps I dealt with were extremely pleasant

The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helped me to find an espresso machine that met my needs. A refurbished machine was the right fit for me, and the price was right. I felt very comfortable with the discussion and trusted the advice I received.

Every aspect of my experience was A+ positive, and the Gaggia Magenta Prestige is even better than I expected. I am enjoying a double-shot Americano with a dollop of cream as I type this.

After using this machine for a month, it has met all my expectations. I’m extracting flavorful shots and frothing various milks, including almond milk. Surprisingly, I've come to enjoy the morning coffee-making routine. The brief wait for the boilers to warm up is definitely worthwhile. Plus, it’s a durable machine with an impressive appearance on our coffee bar.

The cleaning products we purchased arrived in a timely manner

I’ve been working with their technical support team to help diagnose a pump problem. There was so much back and forth because of my mistake (wrong model number) that I ended up buy one correct one and one wrong one.

The sales team quickly helped and corrected this by cancel for me. Both the sales and tech folks are really helpful and amazing, and patient with me.

Stop me if you’ve experienced this before, your beloved espresso machine has somehow decided that a very important part of its inner working is missing!! I know who to trust and immediately hum on wholelattelove and order just the little magnet I need BUT once it is delivered the bubble mailer is empty!! OH NO, but the caring and attentive customer support staff immediately jumped into action and sent me a replacement, satisfied and caffeinated customer!!
