Very pleased with our order. One package was damaged at point of delivery. This caused damaged to the unit. Advised Wholesale Domestic Bathrooms straight away, providing pictures, who responded the same day. Offered a 30% discount on the damaged unit, if it was still usable.
Plumber confirmed he could still use it. Received the 30% refund within a couple of days. Couldn't ask for better customer service.

Moshiur was absolutely brilliant. Professional, knowledgable, friendly and most importantly, patient! Cos we we are not easy customers.

I dealt with Moshiur Rahaman at Hillington, and he was absolutely great. Moshuir showed me around the different items I needed for a full bathroom, including tiles and handled everything for me, making the process very straightforward and easy, answering all of my questions. Excellent service and I will be back for additional items when needed.

We recently visited Wholesale Domestic to chose items for our bathroom renovation. We were very inoressed when we entered the showroom which is a great space with lots of options to choose from, very well laid out and prices are very reasonable.

The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery service was good and all items arrived when advised.

We purchased just about anything we needed for our bathroom and are very happy with the quality of the products. They also have a great selections of tiles and radiators too. Would highly recommend Wholesale Domestic.

We were in to pick a new bathroom and en-suite. Bernard helped us with the whole process. From keeping us right with sizes to showing us options and styles all whilst keeping a lovely calm approach. Happy with our purchase and even more so with the help from Bernard.

Bought shower panels and some were damaged on delivery, contacted them and replacements sent next day , a big mention to Dylan who was brilliant from start to finish ,sorted problem within seconds . We opted for odhar tile line panels , the mapei silicone colour if anybody is interested is 112 medium grey , matches beautifully.

Had a great experience today with purchasing our brand new bathroom, with Cameron, Took the time and effort to show us all our options, great customer service!

At the Hillington showroom we again found Lynsay very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. She was a tremendous assistance helping us order our new ensuite. She was very patient and takes an obvious pride in helping customers. She was able to advise us of the different products and options available to us and made the whole process run smoothly.

Took my gran over to look at bathrooms , and was a bit lost trying to get her to make a decision with stuff…

Thankfully Alice was there to help us , walked us through everything step by step , was very knowledgeable with different products and helping us piece together the perfect bathroom while having a good laugh

Went to collect my bathroom stuff , the man dumped it outside and wouldn't give me a lift with the heavy stuff into my van and all the small stuff just scattered all over and damaged, surely when u spend thousands of pound there they should help and maybe put a smile on there faces

Steve Brown sales assistant greeted us on our arrival, took time to show us what was available for our requirements, Steve showed great patience as we had trouble with our credit card ( card company at fault!) Great choice of bathrooms on show over two floors, we were delighted with the quality & price & would highly recommend visiting this store.
