Recently ordered around 25 bulbs
Recently ordered around 25 bulbs, couple of them broke/don't work from day one and few of them had loose bits inside making noise, looks like a loose parts. I bought with them before, certialy the quality has dropped significantly. Although there is a warranty its pain to pay for postage everytime for each broken bulb.

Having looked at your order, it seems that we haven't received any phone calls or emails from you about your faulty bulbs (other than this review), and haven't been given any opportunity to put this right for you. As much as we'd love for our lights to have a 0% failure rate, we know this simply isn't possible, hence the standard 2 year warranty on each bulb. Great service
Initially contacted WLED via Whatsapp to query a product. Was sent the link to the item I needed and placed the order. They dispatched the item the next day but Royal Mail didn't deliver it for another 5 days. Not WLED's issue

Placed two identical orders two days…
Placed two identical orders two days between. Paid both on card at time of orders. 1st one arrived after four days. Second one does not have a tracking number. Called to query. Was told someone would ring me back. Nobody did.

Great item and great service, the reason that i didnt give you 5 stars cos one of the panes of glass was damaged and there was a note telling me that. if you spotted a damaged one when sending, you should have changed it there and then. the customer service staff member was very helpful and is sending me a new piece.

LED Bar lights…
I needed some LED lights for our bar unit, but wasn't sure on the details. Simon wasted no time with the online chat service and got me to call him direct. I'm glad I did. I dealt with this company several years ago and found their service and products to be really good. I thought I’d give them another go and am really pleased with the way Dee helped with my order, the website for specifying couldn’t have been better and Dee’s interpretation of my requirements was perfect.

Great staff…
I had emailed the company a few times and had always received a prompt courteous reply. The sales staff(Simon) then phoned me as it was quicker and easier for completing the order which was placed very easily and was told I could phone back if I encountered any problems.
