Simon was very helpful and patient when it came to gathering the dimensions for the order. I used the soldering service which was great value with the LED lights being made to measure. Quality of the work was excellent. The order was promised for Friday and delivered on Friday.

Good company to deal with
Dee was very helpful in addressing a problem I had with 10 led spots I had ordered (I had dealt with Dre’s colleague prior to this and the experience wasn’t so good) he showed patience and helped with some problem solving

Exact Replacement Bulb Size
I had a problem with the exact sizing of a replacement bulb, a rather small order in cash terms ! Nonetheless, my online chat Kaz was very helpful ! Kaz made the effort to go and check out some specific details of the exact bulb dimensions for me. Hopefully I have finally found a replacement bulb that fits my existing ceiling socket !
