Where do you start with wh smiths. Really overpriced lousy staff who can't be bother to help you. When I say expensive I went into one last week to buy a bottle of water. Down the road in one shop just one pound which is fine. But in Wh smiths two pounds for the same bottle of water I really would like to see this shop go out of business. Because they are a waste of SPACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AVOID online purchases!!!
Received an empty envelope that was meant to contain an item costing nearly fifty pounds (sent picture of empty open envelope in sealed clear pack from Royal Mail). Have tried to contact 'support' AND 'queries' numerous times over several days and had zero response.

Ordered a book 7th Jan 23 awaiting collection notification. But, I had an email for notification of an order for 1 (one) book @£15.99 yet two payments were taken from my bank. No notification of a second order as said by WHSmiths colleague online chat. Refund on its way 5 days. 1) I did not order two copies 2) I did not get email notification of 2 books ordered 3) no email confirmation of refund only the screen shots of conversation with WHSmiths colleague today. Won't use online purchasing again.

"Staff" can't be bothered to help customers to find anything required in store. I've had enough of going to this retailer and being ABUSED on a monthly basis because I've asked for WRITING MAGAZINE and WRITING FORUM MAGAZINE. I fully intend to get these publications via subscription so there'll be no need for bulldink attitudes

The post office in the shop in Hounslow is the worst on the planet.
It’s just awful.
Unhelpful unorganised dirty uncaring useless I can find more words.
They don’t even know what they do.
Can’t believe it.
Don’t go there if you don’t have to.
Don’t even know how WHSmith works with them.
Couldn’t give minus stars but I would if it would be available.
