We submitted an application for a settlement visa my partner is from Barbados.
This was a daunting task but Waleed was great even meeting me at the weekend so that we could get all the documents together.
He always responded quickly to any concerns we had and was even available when we had to call from Barbados.
Our application did take a long time however Waleed was always calm and positive and his knowledge of the system was spot on.
We had our visa application accepted and I would absolutely highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them again to apply for our spouse visa.

Refused visit Visa overturned by pre action protocol. I want to share my story and experience of services provided by Mr. Waleed. Few years back, my Ex-wife along with my children claimed asylum in the UK. I applied an application for a 2 year visit visa so that I could meet my children. However, my visa application was repeatedly rejected on various grounds. This was very painful for me given that I was not allowed to see my children and that I was longing to meet them. My naturalisation application was refused on the basis of good character. The Home Office said that I was not a good character person because I was working illegally, and that I was illegal with no permission to work.
I applied for naturalisation so I can become British and that is how I feel so I was really hurt that my application was refused. I had to switch my application from a spousal visa to the parental route application.

I’m so thankful for contacting WH Solicitors, I had hired an advisor to help with my Spousal Visa, however, after receiving devastating news that it had been denied , it was discovered that things had not been done accordingly.
