I have been in the UK for more than 19 years but one's I was deported to Albania my case was based on the 7year child so I started to contact a number of solicitors and spend more than one thousand on that.

Waleed has been absolutely fantastic from the beginning. Myself and my partner were in a desperate situation, when his appeal for his visa was denied. My partner has been in the country nearly 20 years, however had some previous complications with visas, and now faced the frightening thought of being detained and sent back to Malaysia. I frantically searched for immigration lawyers within a reasonable distance from where I am living, and stumbled across Waleed, as he had fantastic reviews. We made an appointment to meet with him to explain our situation. He showed us compassion and total understanding of how stressful our situation was, and talked us calmly through our options. We were advised to apply for a visa, in the hope that it would take us up to September where he could apply for his 20 year residence. In December 2015, I applied for my ILR. Unfortunately, I used the wrong representatives who advised me very poorly and my application got very complicated. Certain important information was not included and the home office refused my application.

Deportation and bail. I want to say a big thank you for waleed for getting me released from prison without going through the bail process. I was impressed with his explanation and told me my case is very strong. He personally came to prison to meet me, as very close friend recommended me to him. My husband and I used waleed Hassan to apply for our spouse Visa. My husband is very busy with work, but waleed made it all easy. He even chased up the home office for a decision, and the home office stupidly asked for more evidence and referred to another company where my husband never worked. A strongly worded email to the home office telling them that all the required evidence was already presented within a few days the home office granted me my Visa. Waleed Hassan is an excellent solicitor who truly cares and advices his client accordingly, which is such a rare thing to find. Before bringing my case to Waleed we had used several solicitors who basically didn’t do anything to advance my case but took all our savings. They would all take our money even though they had no idea what they were doing.

Until Waleed, my case seemed impossible. We had been fighting with the Home Office for about 7 years if not more with several denied applications. Eventually, I was detained for deportation and that was when Waleed was recommended to us. He was able to stop my deportation on the morning of, while I was at the airport waiting to board the flight.
