I used WH Solicitors and I am very happy with them.
So I was illegal here in Uk. My children were born here and had a refugee status. He helped me with all the information I needed and filled out all paperworks. I now have my resident permit and feeling happy to see my kids grow.

I had the pleasure of working with Waleed during a very difficult time in my life. The home office had made an error during my previous application and granted me stay as the partner of Teir1 Migrant which was my partners previous status. However he was settled in the UK on the day of my application but they accidentally gave me the wrong visa. This then spiralled into a series of event, my partner passed away and the home office was refusing my ILR under the category of a bereaved spouse, on the bases that my previous visa was partner of a Teir1 instead of Settled person.

Waleed was very patient and listened to every detail of my immigration matters. I find him very knowledgeable and he was quite honest with me and told me where I stood, which was quite refreshing. When is comes to customer service, he is really friendly and easy to talk to. He was always at my beck and call and even exceeded my expectation. When the case was going for judicial review Waleed would stay on the phone with me and explain everything detail, as this saved me having to go to his office. I'm really happy with how he handled my problems. I now refer family and friends to him. I'm thankful to God I now have My ILR and I've returned back to work and life is look up.

I just want to say that it was an absolute pleasure to have Waleed as our legal representative for the full application we did. Very humble , always listening and finding solutions. My story is a long and difficult one when it shouldn’t have been , I was detained 3 times - refuse after refuse. Before meeting Mr Waleed my wife and I trusted a company of solicitors who let us down by misadvising us and charging us enormous fees. I was easily helped to extend my stay, because my case was very difficult and complex.

Mr Hassan is very experienced and competent making the process run a smooth one. If you want confidence in someone to guide you towards a successful visa application then look no further. I applied for a Spouse Visa for my husband who is from Trinidad. I applied for my mum, dad and sister to come to the UK to visit me and my family. We used the services of an advisor, not a solicitor. The application was refused by the entry office.
We then contacted Mr Waleed Hassan a solicitor through a recommendation of a friend . He submitted a new application that covered everting and the visa was allowed. I am so happy that my family can come under the 5 year visit visa.
