Cannot recommend, hugely disappointed

-After nearly 2 years of use-

Sweat covers WH-1000XM4 : the colours have completely washed out and the material has warped such that I need to fit them to my ear every time I put them on, lest they fall out of my headphones.

Earpads WH-1000XM4 : They've completely torn. Worst point of confidence here being that my skin was only ever in contact with the sweat covers, I never even once wore these against my skin and they still tore apart.

I ordered Wicked Cushions replacement cushions from Amazon.co.uk for my Bose Q25 headphones as the Bose originals seemed perpetually out of stock. They're nice cushions, firmer than the outgoing battered ones and they fit nicely. Bass is maybe a little drier than the old cushions in a good way but the sound and comfort levels are both perhaps a little better. Fitting the first one was some effort, the second was easy as I'd got the knack by then.

I could have got replacements for £3 direct from China, but I doubt if they'd last as long as these should.

Disappointed with the shipping and general customer service.

Was due to arrive by a certain date - didn't turn up, and I was away when it did arrive.

I wrote to customer service - essentially just fobbed off.

Really impressed with the customer service and shipping speed — order came quickly and everything was handled professionally. The overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend based on service alone.

Great headphone cushions arrived super quickly and matched specs perfectly. Bonus points because they matched my favorite blanket from the 90s! 😛

The shipping was great — the order showed up exactly when they said it would. The earpads themselves didn’t work out for me. On the Sony XM6, the speaker housing sticks out a bit, and with the padding being fairly thin, my ears ended up touching it and getting sore.

What I really want to mention, though, is their customer service. They refunded me right away without me even asking, and they were very friendly about it. Even though the product wasn’t a match for me, the way they handled it was excellent.

They sent an awesome product, looks great and works great! They also were very kind during the shipping process, and it arrived very fast.

Purchased the Wicked Ear Cushions (WC) for my Astro 50 headphones. The difference between OEM cushions and WC was immediately noticeable as they felt cooler and provide a tighter closure around the ear. This closure allows for hearing greater detail in the game. I actually had to lower the volume a bit. Wearing the WCs for up to five hours was no problem and felt better than the OEM cushions. I also purchased the Wicked head cushion for my Astro 50s and this was the greatest improvement of all. No more head pain after multi-hour gaming. I highly recommend Wicked cushions.

The nicest and most loving experience ever!

I bought a brand new headset called Audeze Maxwell, and these are known for being very uncomfortable, because the pads are too small and the weight is over 500g
I watched many videos of how to make them more comfortable, and WC kept coming up. So I bought some StealthZ pads and a new much wider strap.

But but but. When I got the headset, there was a sound fault, and I decided to return them, because it wasn’t going to better

I asked if I could cancel the order for the pads etc, but they were already in transit. Fair enough!
After a very nice and relaxing conversation, i was able to get the money for the pads and strap, even without the need to sending them back!

All because my shipping costs would be over half the price of both products!

Megan (the support person), decided that even when they didn’t get the product back, they would pay me back anyway.

Mega nice company, won’t be last time I’ll be buying from them

Wicked Cushion’s replacement cushions arrived in just a few days. The old one’s popped right off and the new ones snapped in perfectly and the new ones are better than the old even when new. EXACTLY as advertised.

I wrote Bose for replacements and they replied I’d have to buy a new headset! Bullocks on that, so I sewed up the splits until I found WickedCushions. $25 is considerably less expensive than spending $300-400 for new ones. If I have to buy a new headset I’ll look at Sony and get WickedCushions at the same time and a spare pare. Fast delivery and very responsive company.

I happily give a 5 star rating, I do highly recommend this company.

I grew up in the 90’s so I chose the 90’s Black, gives off that Miami Vice vibe. I’m really impressed with both the WC BandZ silicone headband cover and the WC FreeZe cooling gel earpads for my Bose QC headphones. I’ve had these QC for about 6 years and the ear pads and headband is deteriorating. I opted for this upgrade and the quality on both products feels premium and durable. What’s an huge bonus is they are very affordable.

The headband cover fits snugly without feeling tight and adds a nice layer of protection against sweat. It also looks great and does not change the overall comfort or appearance of the headphones in a negative way.

The cooling gel earpads are a noticeable improvement over the stock pads. They are extremely comfortable, seal well, and genuinely stay cooler during long gym sessions. Noise isolation remains excellent, and they feel just as good. IMO 100x better than the originals.

Installation were very easy for both products. The earpads snapped into place without any tools or frustration, and the headband cover slid on smoothly and stayed put. No wrestling and no trial and error. Just straightforward and quick.

Overall, these are solid upgrades that extend the life and comfort of Bose QC headphones. Highly recommended if you want better comfort, cooling, and protection with minimal effort.

While their products are pretty good in quality and they last long, the re-stock experience is horrendous. The Sony WH-1000XM6 came out on May 15, 2025. It is almost 2026, and their replacement pads or covers are almost always out of stock or only have the basic colorways (which hardly every fit with colors other than black). And it's not like it is a niche type of headset or brand, it's Sony's flagship headphones with multiple tech review videos globally! I cannot imaging what happens on other brands and models.

All in all, if you can find stock it is a very good option to go ahead and buy. If you are in a hurry, don't wait to buy from them, it can more than 3-6 months for a re-stock!

I ordered a set of "Earpads for Sennheiser PC38X & More - WC FreeZe Cooling Gel" to replace the old OEM pads I had for over 5 years. There was nothing wrong with the old ones I just wanted to keep my ears cooler.
However, these pads are awful. In just about 18 months they started to completely fall apart. The adhesive the holds the leather/fabric to the snap ring came completely undone.
When I contacted support I was told "Our replacement earpads usually last 2-3 years" but their warranty only covers 1 year. But as a courtesy they would send me replacements. After confirming my address with support I got an email back thanking me for confirming then they ghosted me and deleted my review on their website.
They have ignored all my follow-up emails, it has been over 4 months since they said they would send replacements.
You're better off buying OEM pads.

I ordered the wrong cushions for my PS5 Pulse headset. I incorrectly ordered the elite ones.
Megan from Wicked Cushions refunded my account immediately and informed me that I didn't have to return the ones I ordered. This was incredible customer service and very appreciated as it was my mistake in the first place! It goes without saying I ordered the correct ones from Wicked Cushions!

Got these replacements for my Bose 700. Was nervous about replacing them as was worried about the quality… don’t know why I was worried. The videos are also really helpful in installing the new cups even advising as to removal of the old adhesive inside the cup. Great product and great instructional videos.

The ear-pads look great and snapped on my Sony WH-1000XM4 perfectly—super squishy. My gripe is the foam is starting to flatten already after six weeks, so I fluff them each time. Shipping took nearly two weeks instead of the promised five days, and the tracking link never updated. For comfort I’m happy; just expected more for the price.

I received them in one day and I'm from Belgium!! The pads are really comfortable and I didn't hear any difference with the sound quality. The customers service is really kind too (I sent them an email to thank them and they replied immediately). I created a trustpilot just to post this review ahah

Swiss customers: Hidden UPS import fees, but great support and refund

I ordered two earpads directly from Wicked Cushions USA for CHF 44.80, plus CHF 33.00 for expedited shipping (3–6 business days). Shipping was fast – I received the product in only 3 days.

However, I was surprised when UPS charged me an additional CHF 35.15 on delivery. These were not shipping costs, but import VAT and brokerage fees. The total I had to pay came to CHF 112.95, which is more than double the product value.

I had read the FAQ, which mentioned possible import fees, but during checkout there was no clear disclaimer informing customers in Switzerland that UPS might charge additional handling fees on delivery.

I contacted Wicked Cushions support, and they responded quickly and professionally. After providing a detailed breakdown, they agreed to fully refund the CHF 35.15 I paid to UPS. The money arrived within the promised 3–5 business days.

I’ve now updated my rating to 4 stars, because while the unexpected UPS fees were frustrating, Wicked Cushions handled the issue very fairly and resolved it in a professional way.

✅ Tip for Swiss customers: Expect possible UPS charges at delivery, and keep your invoice.
