Wickes - Ashby De La Zouch Reviews 

Appointment was booked a week in advance. 20 minutes past the appointment time of 11.30am, I rang the store in Ashby to be told Steve was dealing with people in store and was not going to arrive until nearer 1pm.
I had booked 2 hours off work to attend this appointment so I could not wait until 1pm.
No courtesy call to say he was running late and the lady I spoke with on the phone didn’t appear to be bothered either - very disappointing.

Just want to Thank Lorna, Jake and Trev at your Ashby de la Zouch store -they listened to my problem and helped me solve it - they were polite and very helpful.

I had such a great experience ordering my new Kitchen at Wickes in Ashby de la Zouch Jim Pang was my design consultant and he was amazing from start to finish. He was super helpful, always patient, and really supportive through every stage – even when there were a few hiccups and changes along the way.
Jim made the whole process so much easier and actually enjoyable. Honestly, I don’t think I could have asked for a better person to guide me through it all. Huge thanks to him and the Ashby branch – highly recommend!

We had lots of questions about sanding, and they were both so patient, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout. They explained everything clearly, gave us great tips, and made sure we left feeling confident about what we needed. I had the pleasure today of shopping in the Wickes store in Ashby de la Zouch (LE65’ where I was attended by Katie and Lorna. Despite my requiring information about a product with which they were not familiar they did the necessary research and found something which met my requirements. At all times they were informative and above all, extremely pleasant. Wickes are fortunate to have such staff who will ensure customers will return

Although I couldn't pick up the items I went in for, I was served by Katie who was incredibly helpful and managed to source them for me. Very pleased with what would have been a disappointing outcome without her assistance.

A first class service from start to finish

I couldn’t see where the item was on a shelf. A shop worker approached me so I asked where the item should be. He noted it was out of stock on the shelf but knew it was available in storage. Whilst the shop worker was really helpful in sourcing the item from storage, for other customers who don’t ask, will go elsewhere if the item is unavailable to view. I subsequently noted that the same item was available in Tesco’s for £1.00 cheaper (20%)!

I bought my kitchen from Wickes 16 years ago and have just had another brilliant experience buying replacement doors and a few different units to refresh my kitchen design. Jimmy Pang was so helpful with the new layout and design requirements that I was able to make decisions and have costs within minutes with complete faith that he had thought of everything I needed to consider.

Jimmy pang was helpful and created a mock up of my kitchen very quickly, within the same day as visiting my house. He had good knowledge of the product range made it very easy to design and choose our kitchen.
