Ace service
We've had a few renovations designed and installed from this store. Saf from the design team is excellent and great to work with. No install is trouble free, but the way he and the entire team work through those issues is incredibly professional. We are super happy with everything they do.
Special shout out to Rupali in store for being astoundingly calm under pressure, and providing top level customer service.

The after care service is really bad
The after care service is really bad. Our bathroom was installed by them. We are experiencing leakage now and their customer support is not helping. We filled out a form they requested online and since then nothing. Our situation in the bathroom is getting worse and worse, I don't know what to do.
