Had everything I needed, and the one thing that wasn’t on the shelf they found immediately. The lady Nancy on the till was lovely and helpful despite it being a cold miserable day and freezing by the tills!

04/01/2026- 14:05 manager couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. My wheelchair hoist was broken and I only needed one piece of wood and a junior hacksaw-the manager brought it out to the car to help! I'd asked the Northampton store(which is closer to me by 19 miles) for help as the click and collect service was down- they refused and didn't take into account my circumstances and were rude and dismissive. Bletchley was totally different and have reaffirmed my faith in wickes after the awful experience with the Northampton branch! Thank you! <3

We had trouble with an order made online and delivered at our home (some parts were damaged). We eventually ended up at the Bletchley branch looking for some help as we needed the material for a DIY project. We were assisted by Brandon who went above and beyond and helped us sorting the items we needed and made up for the very poor experience with the online customer service. A big thanks to Brandon and the staff at the Bletchley branch.

Had a great experience in Wickes Bletchley today with the staff helping me find the products I needing and with a smile.

We recently purchased our new kitchen from Wickes Bletchley store. Oliver came out and designed it. He took time to explain all our options. Once he had done our design we met him in store where he showed us the plan and went through all extras in great detail. Our order was delivered in time. The kitchen fitters we chose was superb and once fitted it came out identical to Oliver’s plan. We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen.
Wickes along with Oliver was extremely professional.

Excellent service

Just visited my local Wickes in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, and came away (thanks to Lewis) with a fantastic selection of wall panels at a great price. Many thanks, Lewis; it’s staff like you who do a great deal for their customers.

I went to wicks in bletchley and met this young man who's served me, his name is Reece and he was absolutely diamond, good at his job and so so helpful, I've been to wicks stores but this young man was so so good. Thank you Reece for such an awesome service .

We came to Wickes to look around, we met Mike who opened our eyes to options and recommended to come for a free consultation with designer. We just spend some time with Oliver-design consultant, and couldn’t be happier. Oli was very professional, approachable and knowledgeable. Our experience was very pleasant and our needs met. The entire visit was above and beyond. We will definitely use Wickes services for other of our projects. Now we are looking forward for the final installation of our bathroom.

I use wickes Bletchley on a daily basis, as a local plastering company.
The staff are allways helpful and the store seems to be run very efficiently.
Never have any trouble getting materials I need and they are always willing to order in stuff if not available.

I use wickes in many locations as I am a tradesman and they always stock what I need at very reasonable prices.

My experience today in the Bletchley store was superb. There were certain items I couldn’t find in store and William who works in the store was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him. It made a huge difference by someone actually enjoying and wanting to do their job to help customers. That’s why I decided to leave a review as I was others led by this man’s example.
