The variety, pricing and quality of the products are top notch at wickes. Big thanks to Connor, he helped us select a suitable product. He showed dedication and professionalism.

Wayne , our designer, turned up promptly for our home measure. He came up with a good design. The price was very competitive and we were offered all discounts.
The fitter , Neil, also turned up promptly to do his survey. We added on a couple of items for him to fit and again the price was great.
Looking forward to it being fitted.

Pierre was pleasant and very helpful. He was efficient and precise and explained the whole planning and ordering process.
We would like also to praise the whole team at Wickes Bognor we are currently renovating our bungalow. we been visiting the store quite regularly and on occasion there has not been the stock we require available on the shelf the staff have been super helpful in getting it for us from your stores and we have never felt we were an inconvenience.

I recently visit Wilkes in Bognor Regis and had a great assist from Rick, who took the trouble to help me in my very particular search. Thanks Rick.

Lukas shared his wealth of knowledge for my kitchen painting project. I was putting it off since Christmas because the thought of it was very daunting- he offered advise and also made himself available to see him in store if i needed further advise in the future. He offered ne 3 paints depending on budget and spoke about the pros and cons about each one.
A true asset to a great company!

Picked up a ton of slabs on a click and collect order. Zakaria and Luke had it all ready and even helped me load the van.

Excellent customer service at Wicks in Bognor Regis today. I needed assistance to see if a larger product would fit in my car, I was assisted by Lukas who gave a great customer experience and came out in the rain to help me. His product knowledge was also very helpful. The store has a great range of products, complimented by staff, who are always on hand to help.

Excellent service today. I had got muddled with my trade account and I was helped to sort it out by an assistant who was patient and understanding and gave me the time to get it back on track.

Great customer service with Andy today. I couldn’t find a paint so he took me right to it. When at the till I paid using my wrong credit card - it was no trouble for him to cancel and restart. So he had patience too! Friendly and professional service from Andy this morning. Thank you

Fantastic service from Lucas today in your Bognor store. As soon as I walked in and he saw me looking at my list he came over and asked if he could help. He collected a trolley and helped me with all my purchases as well as ordering some larger items on line for home delivery.
I can’t thank him enough. He was a real star and a credit to the company.

We had some questions about the products and one of your staff LUKAS, was so helpful. It was a new product for a project and I don’t think we would have bought them without his help and understanding.
On a different note, we opted for delivery as we knew we would have issues carrying our goods. Sadly, the man who delivered them said “I don’t do stairs” and left them in the lobby for us to deal with. We made it very clear when we gave our address that we were in a second floor apartment and was assured it would be fine. Sadly, for this reason only, we will have to think again about what we might need from Wickes and if we need delivery.

Lukas was very helpful pointing out where to find the items in the Bognor Regis branch. Lukas is always helpful in store. All items I needed today were available in one store saving time searching around. Overall good experience

We were extremely impressed by the helpfulness and politeness of the four members of staff we spoke to for advice this morning.
Zak helped us order online and arrange delivery and advised us on the products, as did the other members of staff.
