Absolutely amazing store all the staff are more than happy to help! Iv been self employed and running my company from the store for over 3 years and the managers and staff always go above and beyond to ensure you find what you need.would like to say a big thank you especially to Selena and Ian.

Having been to other stores and could only get part of my DIY requirements. At Wickes I was able to get all I needed. On making a query regarding some stone paint, the assistant Peter was very helpful in reassuring me the product was suitable for my needs.

Credit where it’s due, James at the Caerphilly store could not have been more helpful in designing a kitchen for my son and his partner. Took us through all options and delivered an excellent plan. Very good process from design to order.

I attended the store with a request for materials which was quite unusual. The young assistant, Luke, was incredibly helpful and displayed a level of knowledge, customer service and patience with a bumbling middle aged man that I would associate with someone twice his age. Very impressed

Great place and friendly staff

Visited the Caerphilly store and found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. We bought a brand new product and obviously had questions and the manager Sarah couldn't have been more helpful, what she didn't know she took time to look up. Also floor staff member Selena went out of her way to answer questions and locate products for us. I will definitely go back to this store if I need any more project equipment.

Returned a 3 pack of chrome door handles to Caerphilly store as one was damaged. Didn't have receipt. First customer assistant was helpful and agreed to exchange. Returned to till with new handles and a different customer assistant questioned the fact the box was ripped in a passive aggressive manner. My husband explained that he couldn't get the handles out of the box which was why it was ripped. We only noticed that the chrome was peeling after we took them out of the box. She said she couldn't resell them with a ripped box! The reason we had to exchange was because one was faulty! She was very rude and we felt the exchange was unnecessary as we were in the store because the product was faulty. No apology was made to the fact,that what we had purchased was inferior quality. She made us feel we were being dishonest. Very disappointing experience and we will not shop here again. We chose Wickes over B &Q but we will not be shopping at Wickes again.

Recently purchased a Lifestyle Kitchen. Had great help from Jacqui with the design and also good after sales service. Delivery was prompt with no missing items. Easy kitchen to assemble.
