George went above and beyond to help us to get our kitchen how we wanted it. He is obviously an asset to Wickes, well done.

I came in today to make some enquires about a kitchen, I was introduced to Sarah who had a wealth of knowledge and took the time to answer all my questions. She was not in kitchen showroom at the time but I feel her knowledge and customer service skills would make her a valuable addition to the design team.

My girlfriend and I were in Wickes, Catford, this morning with a list of things to get (from her builder) but not really knowing what the things on the list were. Milton, who was works there was doing something else but looked up & must have detected we didn't have a clue. He couldn't have been more helpful! He spent time taking us round, picking the right things from our list. Super friendly, super helpful. Brilliant.

We went in to buy kitchen units, we gave our measurements and discussed the design.
George Carter- Allen was very helpful he understood what we wanted, he was very knowledgeable, he was friendly, professional and didnt mind explaining in detail anything we didnt understand.

We were looking for flooring for a garden party, we ran into a store assistant called Shane, the loveliest guy you could meet, he directed us to what we needed, advised us on how many sheets we needed and advised us how to store them. Excellent service and the sheets worked well for our event. Thank you Shane.

I came in last week Thursday and was helped by a young man named Levi, he went above and beyond to help me and my mum and we came back today and he helped us again with our order.

Great service. Darren in Catford branch was a true gentleman & happily helped me get some bulky items into my van with a smile on his face at the end of a shift. Hopefully wickes sees a good man when they have one working for them. #promotion

Ben provided excellent service for my Click & Collect order. Helped me swap an item for the one I wanted that could not find on the website and a few other items.

Shane assisted me with my purchase at Wckes Catford. He was very helpful and patient. He carried the items to my car and loaded them into the car for me. Thank you Shane.

Went to collect some items ordered from click and collect. Store was empty except comeone at customer service who was taking a long time placing an order, so asked a gentleman with a goatee, who was standing by the only open till, who was clearly just standing around playing on his personal phone for about 5 mins. Nobody else was around and he was completely ignoring me and my daughter standing there. I therefore asked him for help as I only wanted to collect 4 small items, and nobody was at the collection desk and he was standing around clearly just sending personal messages. He replied quite abruptly and rudely to ask someone else, and he then carried on with his personal phone, smiling. My daughter immediately asked me why the man was so rude and unhelpful. Been shopping there for years, but won't ever be ordering or shopping at Wickes Catford again

My bathroom delivery was due 7 December but I am still awaiting some fixtures and fittings. I have spent over 7 weeks without a bathroom. There are more issues and I am beyond frustrated at having spent hours of my time trying to sort this out.

While at the Catford store I asked for some assistance as I'd bought a tin of paint the day before and couldn't remember the exact colour. The assistant Ben was exceptionally helpful. The store was very quiet and there were no other customers queuing so he was able to find my original transaction from the rough time, date and value, and provide the name of the paint colour. Ideally this information would be available on the TradePro app given the transaction history could be available on there, but despite this, the above and beyond service from Ben resulted in a five star experience. Ben saved me two 20 minute journeys each way to check the colour (which would have taken the store past closing time) and allowed me to get everything I needed there and then. Can't thank him enough
