I can’t recommend Kim highly enough! From start to finish, she has been fantastic and made the whole process of designing my kitchen and boot room such a positive experience. She really listened to what I wanted, offered great advice and ideas, and was really easy to work with.
Kim’s knowledge, patience and attention to detail have been brilliant, and I’m so grateful for all the time and effort she has put into helping me create my kitchen.

Great friendly service today when we visited the store. We had our paint mixed by Mason who was very helpful and patient with us whilst we decided on the amount we needed. We will definitely back. Thank you.

Lovely welcome as we entered the store. The staff were very helpful, asked if we needed help. Were not to interfering as we were just looking at Kitchens. But gave the right amount of help.

The staff were fantastic (Kelsey) but your ordering/payment system was quite the opposite.
1. I had to pay for goods taken away separately. This was as per normal as one would at any store. So far-so good.
2. When ordering goods for later delivery at another counter, I was unable to pay in the normal electronic way. I normally pay using a device; my phone or watch. A brand new store was not able to cope with mainstream technology and I had to locate my account details + cvv number and read them out. The purchase was not confirmed / responded to, until after I had travelled home.
I want to stress though, that your staff ‘recovered’ the situation for you, though you should not be to surprised as you wonder why potential clients have moved to online purchases.

Today my son and I went to Wicks to buy…
Today my son and I went to Wicks to buy some items for our new kitchen. There was a guy called Mason who helped us to locate some of the items. He was very helpful and also reminded us at the till that we left some items on the floor near the till to purchase which we would have left behind so thank you for that Mason. Overall the staff were helpful.
