I was in the corby store today to get some materials and Anthony couldn't be anymore helpful if he tried asked me what I needed and showed me where the materials are and made sure I had everything I needed for the job im doing he is a asset to this store.

Tina was absolutely amazing in helping me with my issue and helping me pick out paint a star you guys have in her 10/10 experience

Absolutely lovely staff. Lady on till Tina looked to see if in stock then told me where to go. I looked & said out of stock but a lovely young man looked & brought what I needed out to me. Always helpful & Tina went above & beyond helping, as could not get in my car, so Tina has put it to one side for my Son to collect later

I am a trade person so I use wickes almost every day, All staff are brilliant ,but 1 particular person stands out ,she makes me and other customers very welcome even in busy hours , I watched her serving people solving issues,she always keeps me informed what's coming up in wickes , I watched her also filling shelfs with heavy stuff which in my opinion i don't like to see the girls loading heavy stuff this is not just Tina but all ,I could right a book with all positive things about Tina thanks from the bottom of my heart Tina your work is very much appreciated ,thank you Wickes for bringing this much needed store in corby.

Visited to get some paint, couldn't find the colour i needed, asked for help and Anthony was able advise on the right paint for bathroom, he even double checked and came back to us for with more information. Greet service. Much better help than some places I've been to before.

My mum currently having kitchen fitted by Wickes.
Fabulous young lady called Alyssa helped get everything- tiles, grout, plug sockets etc. was like having a personal shopper! Couldn’t have been more helpful and a delightful personality too.
A real credit to your store in Corby.

Visited the store on Sunday, I needed some assistance with 6 heavy bags. Anthony got my bags and loaded them into the car. Great friendly service thank you

Had a wonderful visit today, 29/8/26. After meeting with Stokely on Reception at the Tills, she took the time to pay careful attention to my enquiry and looked at the part I was trying to replace. Stokely then decided it would be best for me to meet with Dawn, who was the perfect person and satisfied my product search. It was reassuring to get such a professional service from Dawn, yet it should be noted that if it was not for the attention to detail by Stokely it would not have been possible to direct me to the right person with the product experience. Well done to the Teamwork making the dream work!

Barry is great. His team sorted out a complecated sale of product which appeared to be on promotion but it wasn't in system. Very helpful and patient

I'd like to leave a review for Anthony at the Corby Wickes store. Every time we've visited, he's been incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He's always attentive, takes the time to listen, and seems to have a solution for every problem or project we bring to him.

His knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile make a real difference, and nothing ever seems like too much trouble. Excellent customer service is hard to find, and Anthony is a real credit to the Corby Wickes team. Thank you for all your help—we really appreciate it!

I visited Wickes today as I can usually find exactly what I need, often with guidance from an assistant. I got to the checkout and questioned the price and was told this was not the size I required which was not a problem, however the cashier referred to me as “buddy”which I found irritating and pointed out I was customer, not his buddy. He immediately retorted “I should not be so rude”
I have shopped at Wickes for many years but this was my last visit. Politeness from staff is as important as courtesy from customers. A little training may help those dealing with the public.

Nothing was too much trouble, and he took great pride in ensuring every aspect of the installation was completed to the highest standard. He kept everything tidy, communicated clearly throughout the project, and always arrived on time.
The finished kitchen looks absolutely amazing, and we've received so many compliments on it already. We would highly recommend Gints to anyone looking for a talented and trustworthy kitchen fitter. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job!
