Ordered a complete bathroom…
Ordered a complete bathroom installation, 10 - 12 days estimated. Shower end panel did not fit so new one ordered of a smaller size. Been waiting over a week for it, the rest of the install was completed on 28th June, it’s now the 9th July and I still no delivery date and I can’t use the shower!!
Very poor service.

Wicks-go to local Purley/Croydon branch
Wicks, The Colonnades, Purley Way-excellent service from all staff with reasonable prices on everything. Special mention of Rachel Camilleri, kichens and bathrooms-answered all questions, attentive, focused, professional, added to making this branch probably the best go to Wicks Ive visited.

Thank you so much to Dennon. I was having trouble with an order that I had paid for via PayPal and Dennon was really friendly and helpful. He found a way around the issue and got it sorted quickly which was such a massive help as I really needed the items asap! Thank you for making my day that bit easier and for being so friendly about it too!

I pop in to pick up some bathroom taps
I took a look in the bathroom aisle with no joy.
then I saw someone seating at a desk in the showroom bathroom area.
and asked if she could help me
I showed a picture of the taps I wanted
then she found them on wickes website
so I could order them.
to be delivered.
we sorted out the delivery address plus the date for them
I tell you what she was such a lovely person an took the time out to help me and made me fill comfortable.
she needs to be recognised and a pay rise
because I be telling all my customers and friends if they need anything from croydon wickes go and see Rachel camilleri
