I went onto your Doncaster branch for…
I went into your Doncaster branch for the 2nd time to exchange 2 items. A lady named Anna was extremely helpful.
I asked her if she knew where i could find my replacement items.She immediately pulled my trolley to the items I required, lifted them onto the trolley as they were heavy for me to handle, showed me where I could find my other items and helped me choose and then proceeded to
Pull the trolley to the cashier.
I paid for my goods and there she was waiting for me to pull the trolley to my car, I couldn't believe it .....she lifted my heavy items into the boot of my car and wished me a good day.
Absolutely fantastic service.
Anna certainly made my day

Absolutely lovely staff at the Doncaster store. Really friendly, patient and professional. Anna who helped us on the Dulux mixing paint station is a real asset to your company. Really great customer service, the staff member on the check out was also very friendly and patient as we were paying by voucher.

I called in at Doncaster with my dad to buy the materials to solve the issues with his garden as he's knocking on.. I've been in the trade for 20+ years.
Kay was so helpful and she signed me up to the trade man's discount, which I won't hesitate to use in the future. Fantastic store, and without a doubt Kay is an asset... Give the lady a pay rise!!!

Great Customer Service from Tyler …
After calling the Doncaster Wicks store for some advice on an intergrated coffee machine, I was put through to Tyler. What a star he was. He listened carefully to my query and provided a comprehensive solution and took the time to email me the information too. I visited the store today, and Tyler helped me with the purchase. It is a breath of fresh air in these times to get such great customer service. 10 out of 10 for Tyler, he's a credit to Wicks.
