unpleasant! i called the store to ask if they had what i needed in stock, the man on the phone said yes i do just pop in. I went in and assumed he would of put my item behind the desk however when i explained i phoned for some paint i was told while giggling “well go and get it then” He didn’t tell me where to look in the massive shop so i wondered around and found the section i needed but the paint i had asked for wasn’t there. I then went back and told him i couldn’t see it and he told me that it was definitely there so he radioed his colleague instead of helping me himself and told her to help me (the lady who helped me was lovely) she then looked for my paint and said i don’t think we have it , she then checked the back and explained to me it was out of stock. on my way out there was no apology or goodbye from the man who served me !

Sad to say, like many, I’ve also received a very poor service from Wickes kitchens. Company fall over backwards until you’ve placed your order but thereafter there is additional bills for ‘missed units’, installation issues (the completed fit has many flaws), no response from customer experience reps and Wickes were happy to take excess units back but failed to refund. Avoid I’m afraid.

We returned to Wickes for our second kitchen planning and design appointment. On both occasions we had Jon help us. Jon showed us all kitchens and colours, all worktops, tiles etc
Jon was excellent at listening to what we wanted and designed the kitchen accordingly. Nothing was too much trouble for Jon especially as we kept changing our mind on the kitchen style and colour 😃
Jon showed us online all the appliances we could choose from and also got the best deals for us. Jon was very professional and I would recommend his expertise and experience in kitchen design.

Caitlin was very helpful cheerful and friendly…puts a smile on your face!

We received excellent service from start to finish with Jon. He assisted us in picking our bathroom, whilst providing valuable advice and suggestions.

This is my boyfriend and I’s first time buying a kitchen and the service couldn’t have been better! We booked in a meeting with Jon Firmin to design our kitchen and the experience was great, he perfectly grasped what we were looking for and helped bring our vision to life! I couldn’t recommend this service more, we would give 10 stars if we could!!

Wickes took care of us from start to finish. Jon Firmin, our Design Consultant, gave us lots of advice, helped us pick the right bathroom for our needs and then designed a beautiful bathroom. The installation by KGPH went smoothly and the guys were friendly, polite and worked hard. We are really pleased with our
new bathroom and would have no hesitation in recommending Wickes.

Jon was kind, patient and explained everything in simple terms that I could understand. Would totally recommend speaking to him regarding a new bathroom.

Jon Firmin was our design consultant and we could not fault our experience. He was very helpful on the days we popped in for a look around and also great at then measuring our space and creating our plan. We felt very at ease with Jon and he was very accommodating with our budget. We also appreciated that he was happy to tweaked a few things to help save us a bit of money. Overall great experience and very excited to get our new kitchen!

Have recently had a bathroom installed from Wickes, Dundee
From start to finish, to the customer care centre, everything and everyone involved were amazing. The tradesmen and designer were fantastic. All very helpful,courteous and professional.
Absolutely delighted with the new bathroom. Can't fault any of them.

I met with Ashley at the Dundee store recently to look at options for extending my existing Wickes kitchen that was installed a couple of years ago. She had great advice and ideas and it was a pleasure to work with her on the design. No high pressure sales; just really helpful advice which resulted in a good design.

Jon was great, he listened to what I wanted, had a design ready within 24 hours and nade sure we were comfortable with everything.

Fantastic Click & Collect Service from Wickes, Dundee. I never realised how good it was and they bring order out to your car....

Jon at the Dundee wicks store was efficient and helpful every step of the way on our kitchen journey, giving useful advice about the use of space in our smaller kitchen and finding tips and tricks to save space and what we could upgrade upon certain appliances so we reached our full budgets potential.
Thank you ever so much Jon, we will be back to get our bathroom installation done soon.

Spent over 10k on new bathroom finished product look really good , 6 months later bad leak , had so much hassle trying get installer ( Scottish plumbing services ) to check pipes under bath , kept saying it was the seal , wouldn’t take panel off cause it’s been tilted, had to pay joiner to open up ceiling under bath to prove it’s still leaking ( wickes customer service wasn’t any help either basically said trust the installer
