Have been so impressed with this Wickes store since we moved to the area and I didn’t know of it much beforehand. Recently however I had the pleasure of being helped out by Adnan, the Operations Manager there - what a superstar. Today went to buy folding chairs but…
Today went to buy folding chairs but none available, so I asked Julie for help! Julie was kind enough to have a look at the back but didn’t have any. Thank you for being so lovely, kind and going way out to help me. Julie has such a positive vibe always with a smile. My daughter loves going in there and been served by Julie. Thank You Adnan at Wickes in Ealing
I went to Wickes today to buy some potting soil. I’d had a medical procedure on one of my arms and was unable to lift the large bag of soil. I asked for assistance and a young man named Adnan Ghouri came to help me. He was very friendly, funny and engaging.
It was such an uplifting experience not just to be helped, but my circumstances being understood. Adnan is a credit to Wickes. I thank him for his help today and for making me laugh.

Happy with employees service all around
Julie at the till very helpfull and friendly lady, willing to help with a smile. Good attitude towards her work. In my impression.
Jordan, on tiles flooring and paint.... very patience and willing to lend a hand. Not only did he explain things to me (never bought tiles or floors before) but also wrotte them down. So greatfull! 😊
They are both very nice atentive employees. Made my experience more enjoyable.
Also, l may be buying a Kitchen from Maryam, she is a very helpfull person and very knowledgeable in her field. At present happy with the service of the South Ealing shop, all around.

Could be better
Came to collect a Click & Collect order. Waited 5-10 mins at the collection counter which was not staffed. A few other members of staff were walking around near me without acknowledging my presence. Eventually someone came and dealt with me.
