Needed to make a few purchases in Epsom Wickes. Needed some help as I couldn't find exactly what I needed. I came across Trevor on the shop floor who was extremely helpful and directed me towards the appropriate counter and was also able to offer some advice on the product. Excellent customer service and Trevor went out of his way and went the extra mile to ensure I found what I needed.

Happy shopper
I use this particular branch of Wickes several times a week as I know I can generally always get what I need, And if it isn’t in stock, I am told when I can have it.
The staff are very helpful and Trevor has been particularly helpful recently with things I have needed assistance for.
He is always very cheerful and happy to help and makes the whole experience Simple, easy and enjoyable!
