Excellent
We have used Wickes for our bathrooms and kitchen, and on both occasions the service was excellent. During our most recent project (kitchen), the fitters (Kasey Somerville and John Brennan) were outstanding. Their workmanship was top-notch and, when unanticipated issues arose, they gave excellent advice and solved every problem (making tweaks to the original kitchen design to accommodate an oddly shaped room, advising on issues with floorboards and moving a water meter etc.). They coordinated plastering, tiling, electrics, plumbing etc. without any hassle, and also worked extra hours/days to ensure everything was completed on time. They were punctual, tidy and friendly throughout. Highly recommended.

More panels missing from our original…
More panels missing from our original kitchen order. Work top missed off the order. Screw that snap off while screwing in the dishwasher. Wrong adhesive kit ordered for the work top.
I am not surprised that Wickes have made all of their kitchen and bathroom staff redundant at Erith and at other stores!

Wickes just simply forgot to order the worktops
The sales assistant and planner were helpful. We ordered the bespoke kitchen (Sofia) in May and fitters due to start 12th August. Today we find out that Wickes simply forgot to confirm the work tops. So We are now without a work top. No one knows who is to blame as they all blame each other. The fitters now have to delay their next job. I have to take additional time off work which I will seek compensation for. Wickes motto Lets do it Right, is it a bit stupid as they dont do it right. Unfortunately like a lot of big companies they talk a good job and thats all, their Customer Service dept is woeful, they never pick up the phone and take days to answer an email. They were even going to deliver our appliances on the same day the fitters were taking out the old kitchen...........honestly you couldnt make it up. Appalled by their sheer lack of customer service and no urgency to do anything or make it right. Be warned if you order from them. If I could give no stars I would!
