Great customer service from Karen on a recent visit to Wickes, thanks for your help.

Booking a delivery with Wickes? Be prepared for part of your order to be missing. Then the fun starts.
*Driver will tell you that he will let the store know and they will redeliver. He doesn't.
*You will hear nothing and have to contact the store yourself.
*They will tell you that they will investigate, but you won't hear anything.
*You will have to phone the store to find out what's going on, then the blame game starts. "It's the drivers fault - the drivers don't work for us". "we tried to redeliver but you were out" (even though you were in working from home all day).
*The delivery will be made on Tuesday (this is the first you know of this). We sent you a message.. no message was received.

If you're dealing with Wickes get yourself a Ouija board, because this is the only way you can potentially find out what's going on, because as sure as hell they won't communicate.

If you're dealing with David at the Gravesend store, be prepared for him to speak over you. After all, the customer is an inconvenience. My advice.. go to B&Q.

After patiently waiting some 40 years to upgrade our old and tired kitchen - my husband and I decided to visit the Gravesend store to explore our options.

We were helped and advised by designer Steven Hill, who carefully took us through the whole process. We got to see the various designs in store as well as the manu different products. Steven even visited our home to ensure measurements were correct.

Steven was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as being understanding of our situation with my husband who suffers with dementia.

The installer, Kasey Sommerville was also excellent from the start with the home survey and with the installation of our new kitchen. Kasey was always on time, very good at what he does and very helpful throughout the installation. We couldn't have wished for a better kitchen installer in Kasey. He was able to understand our situation with my husbands dementia and work around us.

We are so pleased with our kitchen.

I have recently ordered a kitchen from Wickes at Gravesend, Rachel Adams was the Design Consultant. She was very professional and creative in assisting me with my ideas and her experience and knoweldge of the subject was intrumental in helping me produce a design which was exactly what I was looking to achieve.
I also had interaction with two other members of staff at the Gravesend branch and both Karen and Paul were also very helpful and professional.

I just went into the store today wanting some boxes to package a chair for posting. John was so helpful. He explained most boxes had been disposed of as deliveries had been made at start of week. He told me he would save some for me on Friday if that helped… he then went out of his way to look out the back & came out with several which were perfect for me. Lovely demeanor, friendly, warm, kind chap…. Wickes …John is a credit to you. Look after him. Thank you

The staff are always friendly & helpful, especially karen who is always friendly.

Karen was a star today i couldnt find a few items in store so went to her on the desk and she walked me to items i was looking for. she was happy to help

Bought my dream kitchen from Wickes Gravesend, I honestly cannot fault the service I received. Steve Hill was my designer and main contact and he honestly went above and beyond and sorted any issues I had very quickly. I can highly recommend Steve and Wickes and I’m going back for my new bathroom!!

Is great at her job, she listened to what we need, as complicated as it was to fit it all in, advised on different storage options.
So appreciative for her advice and guidance.

This was a challenging project, creating a shower, WC and utility room in the rear of the existing garage. It now links through to the kitchen. Star Builders were really good constructing and finishing in time for Xmas. Disruption was kept to a minimum considering all they had to do. The final result from the design Rachel drew in discussion with us is quite breathtaking in its final form.
