Didn't know what I was looking for - staff in kitchen area super helpful.
Needed 4 trolleys - again 'front of house' staff super helpful. Had it all marked up at the till ready for me. Went extra mile to help with discount.
Deffo recommend. Will shop again 💯

went into wickes today not knowing what I needed for the job. I was met by a lovely smiley lady called Gemma who pointed me in the right direction of what I needed. I will certainly be coming back to wickes Guilford

We had a very disappointing consultation on Saturday afternoon. The design consultant did not seem interested in helping us plan a cupboard configuration for an alcove in our kitchen. Stating that we couldn’t buy a single cupboard which has actually worked out to be 5 cupboards planned, organised, booked and paid for with a rival company the following day.

A very good service from Wickes, Guildford. Robbie the floor shop employee was a real gentleman and deserves a 5 star rating.

Popped in to Wickes this morning to pick up a few bits and was welcomed by a smiling face which was Gemma. She explained to me about opening up a trade account which I did with her help.

Called into Wickes Guildford this morning for some timber, found what I needed and headed to the tills where I was greeted by Gemma. I mentioned that I tried to open an account the evening before but fell short having no business proof, I’m a self employed plumber. She then said she would help me with it and went through the online registry where we found proof and opened the account, if it wasn’t for Gemma I’d probably have not bothered, so hats off to Gemma thank you so much.

Gemma at your Guildford branch has been the first Wicks assistant who has been truly helpful .
I normally shop at Ravenside Bexhill - where the staff seem totally disinterested .

Great service. Delivery arrived on time with a phone call prior, from the driver giving ETA 20 minutes beforehand. Driver was very polite and more helpful than he needed to be in offloading the materials. It's particularly difficult, given the location, where it's not not possible to use the crane, this meant it had to be done manually. Very pleased with the prompt, efficient service.

Contacted business with request to help the local Village Hall with a donation. Very quick and helpful response , followed by a donation of basins for new toilets . Thank you to Wickes in Guildford

Jena was Fantastic, she assisted us with smile, she explain everything clearly and given us options as well as she was very patient with us with chaning things around and had a Great product knowledge,
I will definitely be coming back and referring everyone i know to this place..

Chris was about to go for lunch but saw I needed help loading another 25 paving slabs, so came to help.
Much appreciated (again).

Wanted to put up a shed so i went to wickes down the road and spoke to a helpful chap called Chris. Showed me the slabs i needed and was very helpful and ordered them for delivery on the spot. Was treated so well i went back to get the shed. Highly recommend this store

I've been working on a bathroom renovation at my daughter's house. The staff at Guildford have been brilliant and always on hand to help. In particular Gemma has been a ray of sunshine and always bright and helpful. Highly recommend the store and its staff.

Terrible customer service! We booked a bathroom installation through wickes which they said we had to pay in full upfront. We paid thousands of pounds in good faith. They sent an installer who doesnt cover our area so couldnt do the job. They sent another installer who works alone and couldnt do the job as it would take 3-4 weeks to install a small bathroom which every other installer said would take 2 weeks. We would have no proper access to a toilet for 3-4 weeks. Wickes said they would send a third installer but the third installer never contacted us. I tried to speak to wickes store in Guildford. They said to call customer services, who said to contact the store. I either want an installer who can turn up promptly to do a quote or a full refund as Wickes have wasted my time, caused a lot of stress and not provided the service i have paid for.
