Visited Huntingdon wickes today for a new toilet seat, was looked after very well by Sarah very knowledgeable, who’d knew there were so many different kinds

We went to order an island for our kitchen and the service was amazing. The lady who helped us (Sarah) was so helpful and wasn’t pushy. We went a few weeks ago for a bathroom purchase and we’re so happy we chose to go back. Very happy with our purchase

Had the absolute pleasure of meeting and dealing with the lovely Sarah Jenkins, she was very professional listening to what we required in our kitchen.
From the home visit to planning in store all went smoothly and never felt under any pressure.

Sarah Jenkins who planned our kitchen, was both friendly and knowledgeable. Not at all into “THE HARD SELL”. Which enabled us to trust her to design and give us the best deal possible.

Billie gave us some great advice and helped to really squeeze in every detail we asked for, adding follow-up appointments to ensure we had enough time to complete the design. We found the whole process very straightforward, and are looking forward to seeing the installation go ahead. I'd highly recommend Wickes for their quality and skill of their design team.

We can't recommend Sarah Jenkins enough! She has designed the most amazing kitchen for us and has made such a huge decision for us seem completely easy. She gave really balanced recommendations and came up with ideas that we would never have thought of ourselves. The end outcome is the kitchen and utility that we've been dreaming of since buying our house 8 years ago and we are over the moon! We'll be back shortly to have Sarah design our bathrooms! Thank you again, an amazing kitchen, amazing price and an amazing service 😀

Visited the Huntingdon store, while I was able to purchase what was needed the staff were extremely uninterested in helping. I asked for a Dulux tester to be mixed and after 10 minutes of waiting I gave up. To pick up my click and collect order I had to interrupt someone watching videos on their personal phone behind the till to which I received an eye roll and eventually helped. I would also point out while he was on his phone the queue was growing at the tills. Unprofessional

Our experience with Sarah Gerrard-Cook, kitchen designer at Wickes in Huntington has been first class from her visit to our home, she understood my needs and produced an excellent design. On our following visits she made a few suggestions for slight changes all of which were acted on, even when we completely changed our mind about colour of units and worktops nothing was too much problem. When it came to the fitting of the kitchen we had the best possible fitter in Dmitrijs Konosonoks his work ethic is second to none, he was an excellent worker, meticulous in every detail and at the end of every day left everything as clean and tidy as possible. Can’t recommend Sarah and Dimtrijs highly enough.

Working with Sarah Jenkins was an absolute pleasure and truly the main reason I chose Wickes for my kitchen project. From the start, she was warm, friendly and made me feel completely at ease. She really listened to what I wanted and translated that into a design that was both stylish and practical. Her creativity and attention to detail were outstanding—I couldn’t be happier with the result. Thanks to her, the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable.

What is the point of agreeing a delivery date when Wickes completely ignore it? The design team are super helpful while making a sale but as soon as they have your money they completely ignore you- customer relations are no better - just say there is nothing they can do which is rubbish

I just cannot praise Sarah enough. She explained everything regarding purchasing a kitchen so clearly and precisely and advised on things I hadn’t thought about. She was friendly and at the same time very professional. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made the whole experience fun. It was a pleasure to meet her. I would most definitely recommend Wickes and Sarah to friends and family who are thinking of updating their kitchen.

Wiktoria was very professional but also friendly and helpful. She sent our bathroom design through very quickly and was flexible with our ideas. She was very knowledgable.

We purchased our kitchen from the Huntingdon Branch. We met with Billie Hammond in the show room who discussed what we required for the new kitchen and sat down and went through the process with us from start to finish. She visited us at home to review our current set up and gave some great suggestions, taking measurements to take away to create a plan for us, which was followed up by Steve, the Kitchen Fitter, who confirmed everything was correctly measured. We was really happy with plan for the new kitchen. Billie followed through any questions we had and visited us after completion and ensured we was happy with the end result.

Steve Colbrook fitted our kitchen and from arrival to finish, he was brilliant, explaining each day what his plan for the day was. He was really thorough and very conscientious with his workmanship. We had huge confidence in him at every stage and we was so happy with the end result. He was easy to get along with and we felt completely comfortable with him in our home and loved the final result.

We arranged for a home visit from the Huntingdon store and Billie came out to us. She was knowledgeable, friendly and really captured what we needed. We went to see Billie, saw her ideas on a picture and was amazed at what she could fit in such a small space. Truly amazing service from start to finish. We will be back for bathrooms and any other rooms that we are renovating and highly recommend to others!

Buying something like a bathroom can be daunting as there is so much to think about like how it will look ,or if the colour choice is good etc.
Sarah J made it easy to choose after coming to do a measure of our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and with good suggestions on what would fit and by producing an impression on how it would look allowed us to imagine what it would look like.
She is obviously someone who enjoys helping customers make their choices. She sets a good standard for the company and we hope that will be continued when completed.

Purchasing our new kitchen from Wicks Huntingdon was a very enjoyable experience, from walking into the showroom and being met by design consultant Sarah Jenkins right through to a beautifully fitted kitchen. Sarah was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We had no idea what we wanted and was ill prepared for the many choices and decisions we were required to make but Sarah talked us through the various designs, styles and colours available and was very patient when we kept changing our minds. The fitter Mark Forge was an experienced fitter who worked hard throughout the installation. He arrived every day at the agreed time and worked solidly all day and left us clean and tidy. Always going the extra mile to ensure the installation complimented the overall effect.
We are delighted with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Wicks in Huntindon and especially design consultant Sara Jenkins to anyone considering a new kitchen.
Family and friends have also been very impressed.

Never more than 1 person on the tills (kip is the only one on the tills bless him) first thing in the morning when us trade need to get our materials and get to our customers. Very slow indeed.

I was served by Tony yesterday. The previous customer he had to deal with spoke to him in such a rude manner for absolutely no reason and he was still very polite. When it came to him serving me I said he did very well to bite his tongue and he said he had no choice. Hats off to Tony, what a gent!
