Catherine is always one step ahead and trouble shoots before there’s trouble. So it’s always a smooth service when she’s on.
In general this wickes has what you need ands a great vibe and the staff are knowledgeable and very helpful.

Jasmine was incredibly helpful in assisting me with my purchase. I was very impressed by her professionalism which was above and beyond what you would normally expect to receive and very much appreciated.

We bought some plumbing items online for collection in store. Our plumber later realised that one of the items was different from what we'd ordered. Unfortunately, the item was no longer in perfect condition but it was not useful for the intended purpose so we returned it to the store. Sebastian explained the store policy regarding items not returned in a saleable condition but we are very grateful that he nonetheless agreed to offer a replacement as a gesture of goodwill. We are grateful for his understanding and good customer care skills, because of which we would definitely use this branch again. Thank you Sebastian!

So impressed with the in store help given by kitchen designer, Steven Lowry. He went above and beyond in his advice and demonstrated immense patience as we layered the design several times. Thank you, Steve.

I found Steve - my bathroom designer -knowledgeable and helpful in making various suggestions to make the best of my purchases for my new bathroom. He listened to what I wanted and took the reins on ordering the various parts accordingly. He also made a point of ensuring that I had the correct part for my shower for the water pressure.
These things are usually stressful and overwhelming but Steve helped to make the whole process much easier. I was relieved to find he wasn’t hard selling to me but instead provided a great customer service with good estimates for pricing. I’m very happy with my bathroom and grated for the advice and guidance given along the way.

We decided to consider changing our Kitchen and having had a good experience previously we chose to look at Wickes initially. On entering the store we were greeting by Steve Lowry the kitchen designer who we had used in the past. Whilst we had some firm ideas of what we wanted, Steve was able to show us good alternatives without deviating from our plan. We also decided to look at a competitor company, though the sales person was too pushy and did not fully listen to us so we walked away. We placed our initial order through Steve for delivery in mid January. Over the coming months Steve, using his extensive knowledge of the range, aided us with some minor changes and was always very polite and helpful, offering good suggestions to overcome our concerns. The kitchen arrived as specified, though minus the worktops etc. Again Steve was on hand to rescue the situation and made calls to the worktop company to get urgent delivery. Our kitchen was installed by private installers and we are very pleased with the end result. We had a couple of minor complaints which Steve was able to assist with and also returning 2 unused parts. Overall we are very pleased with the level of service Steve has offered and would recommend Steve Lowry

I visited Wickes at Unit 2, Orwell Retail Park to obtain some guttering products for the side of my garage. I had examined their guttering products on their webside and make a list of what I thought I would need. I approached a lady whose name is Catherine to ask if she could possibly help me with finding the products. Without hesitation, she immediately agreed and took me to the Guttering section. From my list, she located the items that I was looking for. Catherine pointed that some of the items on my list I did not need. She accompanied me to the check-out and processed the items; some of which have to be delivered - the actual gutters, downpipe and water barrel.
I am really grateful to Catherine for helping me out with my diffculties choosing the products. She was very polite and very helpful.

Our kitchen designer Leah, from Ipswich Raneleigh Rd store, was very helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly.

Just had our first Wickes Kitchen installed!
We chose Wickes because the Ipswich store had everything we were looking for (and more) in a great show area. No pressure selling, we browsed at our leisure got some ideas, then after a visit or two, we spoke to Gaile who basically designed it for us. She was truly excellent, and over a couple of coffees our kitchen took shape utilising some fabulous features.
There were some great pricing deals on, and with Gailes expertise we settled on a fabulous kitchen design, in the finish and colour we liked with innovative composite work tops with matching splash backs, using a Wickes approved installer. They offered some great advise when they came over to check measurements.
Wickes offer interest free credit too so all in all it was an easy thing to do.
The communication all the way through was superb. The delivery team were brilliant arriving at the crack of dawn!! But still gave us 40 minutes notice with tracking…before quietly and carefully unloading 159 boxes .
David and Steve the installers turned up at 0800 and 7 days later having sorted all the plumbing and water and certificates electrics our beautiful kitchen was good to go! We are delighted and would have no hesitation recommending you speaking to Gaile she’s ace!
The quality of the units are excellent and everything is working perfectly

Stood at till for what seemed like 5mins while cashier explained refund process to other cashier, was not appoligised to for wait, no greeting, carried on conversation between selfs about refund limits on who can authorise, only time spoken to wqs to ask if i wanted to donate to charity, then converasation caried on between themselves

From the moment we meet Leah she put us at ease. Her professional manner was fantastic, throw in the fact that she made friends with the dogs, making g the home vist go so well.
Leah listened to everything we asked for and gave some ideas herself.
When we went to view the design Leah was honest with us and said that what we had asked for wasn't the best use of the space.
And once we saw the design we had to agree. By working together and seeing another option Leah had done we found our dream kitchen. The bonus was it still came in on budget. The whole experience was amazing at no time did we feel under pressure, and Leah was very patient with myself because I kept changing things and then putting it back. Can't wait for the installation.

Went to Wickes for a new kitchen and Bathroom and Gail was fantastic. She came out to view the space, created a beautiful design and went through everything with a fine tooth comb. She made sure we saw each product discussed, was happy with it and knew what to expect. She also, made sure we went through everything to get the best deal possible for exactly what we wanted. She was brilliant and will recommend her to anyone who mentions Wickes or a new place for their home.

After a long wait we decided to renew our kitchen and decided to see what wickes had on offer and was pleasantly surprised on the choice and quality of the units ...
We were approached by a lovely friendly sales person who took time to listen to what we would like installed he did a home visit then we made an instore appointment booked all required units worktops etc then awaited a date for fitting luckily a date before Christmas was available and we are now the proud owners of a graphite Sofia kitchen...the sales person we had throughout is a Mr Steve Lowrey and he was wonderful...

The customer care received from Trisha was excellent whilst visiting your store. This young lady listened, was courteous, understanding and extremely professional. She addressed our needs, with a swift affective response, providing an above and beyond consistent service which deserves recognition. Please thank Trisha once again for her help.

Ive just had a kitchen fitted from Wickes and was assisted by Leah Collins in store, she was excellent - really professional, friendly , helpful & got back to me quickly if I had a query. At times I struggled to make some decisions, but Leah was often there to guide me in the right direction. Really happy with the kitchen, everything fit as it should & it’s looks great! Would highly recommend Leah in store at Ipswich if you are looking for a kitchen :)
