Ordered 2x jumbo bags of MOT & 4x jumbo bags of sharp sand. Delivery wasn’t for filled so had to cancel builder and reschedule delivery. Builder managed to squeeze me in a month later but that then put any returns over 30 days. Had 2x full bags of sharp sand left at £70 each, Wickes refused to take them back as it over 30 days. Thanks for your customer service and compassion Wickes or lack of it.

Ordered fence panels and posts for a Saturday delivery paid £9 to have them delivered on this day the posts came but the panels didn’t. No one bothered to contact me to let me know there had been a delay until I called hours after my delivery slot. A days wage wasted as I took the day off, contractors in to fit it all for me that had no work and I still had to pay them, completely out of pocket and wickes don’t even care

I always have a great experience with my frequent visits to wickes kettering most if the staff are freindly and helpful ,I would especially like to mention Amy she is one of the reasons I enjoy going there her bubbly personality is wonderful every time I visit if all staff in any of your stores were like Amy then wickes would always be top of my list

Bathroom installation
Had a bathroom fitted by Wickes installers via the Kettering store in April 2023. The toilet is now coming away from the back panel. It is 3 days since I submitted evidence of this to their customer service department and I have heard nothing back since then. Would not recommend to anyone. Considering how much I paid I am incredibly disappointed with their response.

Really pleased with the kitchen design service provided by Lana in the Kettering branch. From the design outline through to delivery and the quality of items has all turned out perfectly and would not hesitate to recommend.
