Struggling to find what we needed, I asked a member of staff, a lovely young lady called Emily who went out of her way to help us.

Wayne’s level of support and guidance was outstanding throughout the process of planning and supplying our new kitchen. The units, fitments and worktops are of a very good quality and Wayne’s commitment to us extended beyond expectations to include top quality after sales service. I highly recommend Wickes as a kitchen design and supply provider.

The new kitchen looks great and the process was as painless as possible for a complex project. Queries and issues were dealt with quickly, courteously and helpfully thanks to Wayne. Cheers.

Fantastic Service, Simon designed our kitchen has a real eye for detail and is patient and not pushy on anything. Talks you through all your options what would work best for you, puts the best price together with all the discounts he can add. I'm so pleased with the kitchen and it was fitted way before we both thought it would. Honestly can't fault it.

Janine Bateson, the design consultant could not have been more helpful or kind. Nothing was too much trouble even though we changed our mind about the colour of the kitchen after it had been ordered. She just got on and redid the order with a smile and the offer of a cup of tea. Would not hesitate to go back to her in the future.

I was totally happy with my Wickes kitchen. It started with a visit to Morecambe store where we were helped by Wayne when we were browsing all the kitchens. We decided on our kitchen and Wayne arranged to come to our house and measure our kitchen. He then arranged for us to go back to store to see design. After a couple of slight changes we decided to go ahead with Wickes fitters who had been recommended to us. They started on agreed date and was all finished within 2 weeks. I am totally happy with the results. The service was efficient all the way through. I can recommend Wayne and Wickes.

Steve was really helpful in store today. He advised what items to get and carried heavy wood to my trolley, making sure we checked out okay and was satisfied with everything.

Jonathan was excellent in guiding us into choosing a completely refurbished bathroom. His design was exactly what we had envisioned and the process was made simple by him. We look forward to having it fitted as soon as possible. Richard & Sue Mellor.

We decided to order a new kitchen from Wickes after dealing with the very helpful and efficient kitchen designer Janine Bateman. We were then allocated a coordinator which was Mathew who was also very efficient. The fitting was completed by Mark Whiteside and his team who did a brilliant, top quality job.

Recently purchased masionary paint , was impressed that the store ( Lancaster) offered samples before buying the 5L paint ( which was in stock) Hollie was happy to help and advise with colour choices

I purchased an item for click and collect, the item was ready in 10 minutes for me to collect, the service from the staff member was very friendly and efficient. All done in about 30 minutes from choosing the item to collecting it very easy and efficient service well recommended.

Wayne listened to exactly what I needed for my tiny bathroom and managed to work his magic to design a space to fit in everything I wanted without having to compromise. Thank you

Our initial enquiry was for design services to renew our bathroom and design a new ensuite. As result of the engagement of Wayne, one of the designers at Lancaster, who has helped us throughout, we have also ordered a kitchen, tiling and flooring (for our whole project). Wayne has been responsive to a range of requests and as a result of visiting our property also has used that insight to help us to economise on our project whilst pointing us upgrades to get the best from our new kitchen and bathrooms. He has also taken stress out of the project planning for us. His knowledge across the Wickes range as well experience as a designer has come across throughout the process. Also Wickes has offered a range of affordable and good quality products but also access to a great range of options.

If you are looking to buy a new kitchen, go into Wickes, Lancaster, ask for Jonathan Green, design consultant. This guy has the patience of a saint, knowledgeable, efficient and extremely helpful. His expertise was invaluable. He is a credit to the company we got a great kitchen at a great price.
