Really friendly customer service from Maxine!

A big thanks to Callum! You were really helpful to me when I was trying to find several different items in the store. Nothing was too much trouble and your extremely pleasant approach was very welcome. In fact, by the time you had finished serving me, a few other customers had appeared and you carried on helping them in a similar way. You are an asset to your store and team. Thank you!

The designer called last movement and informed that unable to attend . This is really annoying for me because I have arranged everything and expected them

After calling 4 other major stores (not Wicks) asking whether I need a saw to cut some gutting when I visit.
Brennan in Leeds Moor Allerton advised that the guttering is designed to easily fold in two to put in your car. No other store advised this, well done to this Wicks staff employee!

Sarah Barnes came and helped us design a bathroom to have it redone. She was amazing the whole way through the the process and went above and beyond. John our fitter was also fantastic and really helpful. Sadly the actual instillation team I haven’t been so impressed with hence the loss of a star. Firstly, after starting the week long fit we found out the sink vanity wasn’t even in stock and wouldn’t be for a month…despite having ordered 3 months prior. No one from instillation thought to contact us. There offer was to wait a month with an unfinished bathroom! We ended up with the help of our fitter ordering a vanity from elsewhere. Getting hold of the instillation team has been really hard, they take weeks to respond to emails. Thankfully all the staff in store (at the new moortown branch) are fabulous too and helped get everything we needed sorted.

Went in store 40 minutes before closing looking for paint not rushed at all and helped by Maxine (Member of Staff) showed us all paint options and introduced us to Wickes paint. She was very helpful and helped with colour choices too. We suggested coming back tomorrow but said we were fine and not to worry, great service.

We went in with our 9 year old daughter to the Leeds Moor Allerton store to choose paint samples for her bedroom and Pan spent ages with her, not talking through a parent, chatting about what she would like and if there were any other options that she had considered. Pam let both of my children (which entertained the bored little brother) be involved with the paint mixing station, allowing them to press the button to mix the paint colours.

Ashley provided excellent advice & guidance while i visited the store yesterday! She was super polite and Her smile could light up any room! What a great asset to the wicks team! Thankyou again Ashley!

Joe and Pam were super helpful! I couldn’t have got everything I needed without them and I appreciated Maxine helping push the trolly out while I pushed the pram!

Great Customer Service

Went looking for paint we couldn't find what we were looking for but with the excellent help from Pam we left the building with exactly what we wanted

I use Wickes a lot as I am in the trades. There is usually a mix of levels of service across Wickes stores. I must say Pam is an exceptional employee who always serves with a smile. She is always more than happy to help and offers fantastic customer service. She is tryly a massive credit to your company and provides exemplary service every day. I wish all wickes employees could take a leaf out of her book!

I went to Wickes to look for wood to build a garden fence. I found the ideal wood for the job and I went to the order counter to order. I met Matty at the counter, I told him what I wanted and he politely help me through all the ordering procedures. He accurately answer all my queries and gave me useful suggestions. This was indeed a very happy shopping experience.

Visited for the first time today and needed 15l of dulux paint. There was an offer on 2.5 but not 5l. The manager was so friendly and helpful. There weren't enough tins of 2.5l to fulfill my order so the manager combined all sizes and gave me the offer on all of the paint. Amazing.

Lisa at the checkout counter was super helpful. She patiently served us, giving advice on products, blue light card discount, all with a friendly smile.
Wickes at Moor Allerton is definitely a store we will keep visiting again as we do our garden landscaping.

Had a good experience

Just visited the brand new store in Leeds Moor Allerton and it looks great. Everything are now under one roof and well laid out. The staffs have been very helpful and friendly, with a big thank to Pam. Will definitely visit again.

I arrived at Moor Allerton branch on Sunday at 4.02pm, just after the manger locked the entrance doors desperately in need of 4 more bags of self level compound - I’d underestimated a 37m2 space. Despite being closed, after a quick chat he let me in - it was critical as I had to lay into a “wet edge” to get continuous floor coverage. Many thanks to that manager - a thoroughly decent bloke! Saved me from a very expensive mess and load of hassle!!
