Would thoughly recommend. From start to finish very professionally.Sarah Powell our design consultant gave us ideas and great visuals. The fitters Marius Chiuian and his help fitted in four days. Very polite and tidy. Bathroom looks lovely we are soo happy with it.

Decided in may to have a new bathroom and shower installed went to Scott at Milton Keynes depot he was first class with his help and design of my bathroom waited about a fortnight for fitting Stephan came and installed my bathroom again his work was first class highly recommended

We recently had a new kitchen designed and provided by Wickes. The whole experience, beginning with the visit from the designer, Scott Crossman, went extremely smoothly. Scott was a pleasure to deal with answering any queries promptly. The kitchen itself is of good quality and we are pleased with it

The kitchen planner was very helpful and knowledgeable, everything went smoothly all delivered on time. Very efficient service.

Great store, always find what I need, stock levels are good and helpful staff.

Sarah at the milton keynes store explained the whole process and was always accessible when we wanted to make changes. She also suggested we wait a week to order our kitchen as she knew there would be a better deal that would suit us, saving a lot of money. So thank you Sarah Powell.

Sarah Powell, Design Consultant was very helpful in discussing options to add some additional wall cabinets to a Wickes kitchen I bought last year.
The visuals that Sarah presented enabled me to make an informed decision and enhance the layout of my kitchen.

We have just had a new Wickes kitchen installed, which included removing floor tiles and replacing with vinyl. The whole experience was excellent.
Scott Crossman, the design consultant, was great, he spent a lot of time with us developing and finalising the design and making sure we were happy with the layout. The installation team, Neal Mould and his colleague, Lewis, we're quick and professional doing a great job installing the kitchen along with the appliances we ordered. The whole installation went without any problems or hiccups and was completed very speedily.

We would have no hesitation recommending Wickes, and in particular the Milton Keynes team, if you are thinking of getting a new kitchen.

On a very hot day I had difficulty placing my order due to what can only be described as brain fade on my behalf. Couldn't remember various things concerning my personal email etc, a very nice person called Rachel had the patience to help me with a great smile. The ambiance in the store really nice thanks.

We had a consultation with one of your kitchen designers he was amazing, listened to what we would like and the design he did for us was brilliant and the one we have just ordered. He has been so helpful throughout the whole process, he is an asset to your company

My kitchen was designed by Anthony Storey from the Milton Keynes branch, who was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The project would probably be described as "Quirky" with varying ceiling heights and multiple adjustments to accommodate my wish list. Anthony was always available, responded quickly and knew his trade and products so well. He was creative with smaller spaces for my utility and managed to get everything in that I wanted by design and redesign multiple times until it worked. I have already recommended Anthony to others and would not hesitate to recommend and use him again (hopefully not for a while though!) The kitchen was fitted expertly by Jaime with no fuss, issues were noted and addressed by Jaime before I even saw them. Very happy with my new kitchen. I would give 10 stars if I could

I had an issue with a new shower screen leaking water from shower to tiled floor in bathroom. I submitted a video of leak and got the following answer from Wickes:
Based on the video provided the shower is not being used as it should as water is not meant to be directed at the screen. Definition of a shower screen: It acts as a protective barrier between your shower and the rest of the bathroom. Apparently this is not an uncommon problem with the shower screens supplied by WICKES.

We were checking out all different department stores for a kitchen. We walked into wicks Milton Keynes,and chatted to Nathan who went through the different kitchens etc. we sat down at his desk, he got on his computer and helped to design our kitchen . Nothing was too much trouble. He wasn't at all pushy made us feel at ease.
We went back as we weren't sure about a couple of things and he went through it with us.
I would definitely recommend Nathan Crossmam, if your looking to have your kitchen designed.

We had a fantastic experience with Wickes Milton Keynes for the installation of our kitchen. It was a slightly tricky installation where we were swapping our existing kitchen and living rooms. But the entire experience starting from the design by Nathan and the installation by Richard & Neal was great. Nathan was kind, friendly and professional through the design process. Richard & Neal can probably install a kitchen in their sleep. They were that good. They have a wealth of experience and that showed in their work, and it was all done with a smile.

Sarah Powell, Design Consultant at Wickes Milton Keynes, has done a fantastic job at designing two bathrooms for my home. Having previously designed my new kitchen a couple of years ago, Sarah was back at my house giving me ideas and options for the bathrooms as well as taking measurements and getting the whole process kicked off. She is a delight to work with!

Just wanted to say a Big thank you to Nathan at wickes Milton Keynes for all the work he did to ensure I had the best kitchen refit. He patiently guided me through through selecting the best materials for my budget. From ordering in Nov 2021 to completion in February 2022 you ensured that i had everything i needed. The fitting team arrived on time and they were clean tidy and did a great job. My kitchen still looks beautiful and I get great compliments from all my friends and family. We had a kitchen installed by a Wickes approved installer. Firstly we had an electrical problem, now we have a serious plumbing problem. We contacted Wickes and they were not interested. Told us to contact the installer. Installer said I don't work for them anymore and I've closed my business. Went back to Wickes and they still refuse to help us. We paid thousands for a kitchen that may now have to be ripped out.
My advise avoid them, or like us you end up with another massive bill.
So I don't think this Dylan exists. I never received any message. My house insurance doesn't cover their amateur work. I've had a quote £1,200 to put right their faulty workmanship.

Our Bathroom designer Scott Crossman was a pleasure to work with.Scott's vision and creativity brought the design to life in ways we could not have imagined.We communicated throughout and made some changes which was hasslefree.The installer Kevin his attention to detail and craftsmanship were exceptional. Kevin's dedication and professionalism is of par excellence. The new Bathroom transformed our home. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Been dealt with Nathan crossman in Wickes Milton Keynes and we are very pleased with the customer services. He has been brilliant, accommodating and helpful throughout our kitchen journey.
