Visited Wickes today and found all the staff helpful and friendly in particular the chap on the till (Andrew) and Jake (I think) who was discussing solar panels with me

Staff were lovely and the service was excellent. Mandy picked my order 5 minutes after I paid for it. Brilliant click and collect service

I came into Wickes on Monday needing help with decorating my lounge, I’m a single lady and honestly didn’t have a clue where to start, I fortunately was standing in the paint area when a lovely man came and asked me if I needed any help I was so grateful I told him I had never before done any form of decorating before and he helped me from start to finish explaining everything to me advising me what I needed showing me where I would find the items, he couldn’t have been more helpful I have many more projects to do so I will be back and I will be asking for him again as he explained everything so well and I left with my purchases feeling ready to start my lounge, I would very much like to thank Kieron for all his help and patience

Wounderful suport for the return of two doors from Jill and Keiron. Then a £210 saving on some flooring in the Wickes big sale. Fantastic.

I went shopping to Wickes Newport looking for some ideas to improve my garden. I was helped by several of the team who I must say were so friendly and helpful. One of them I think his name was Scott even took the time to provide product information, delivery options he really couldn’t do enough. Such a refreshing shopping experience

I just took delivery of an online order of 5 packs of uPVC bathroom wall cladding. These were delivered by XPC in opaque plastic wrap. On opening I found damage on all packs, some so severe that the fragile cladding cannot be used. If I could have seen the damage I obviously would not have accepted the delivery.
On calling Customer Service I was basically given the run around, contact them on the website, fill in the forms, submit the photos.. I am talking to customer service ALREADY on the PHONE, why can't she do the legwork with me to collect the items and arrange a refund?
I submitted the info as requested on Wickes website, which triggers an email to submit the info AGAIN by return, but, the email refuses to accept the photos as they are 'too large' so fingers crossed my original photos will be accepted, eh?

Is that what you call customer service Wickes? Your shoddy goods and service are impacting more than just the people you supply your damaged merchandise to. The job is time sensitive as I am installing a bathroom while client is away. This job will now not be completed and makes me look like I'm unprofessional, so I will return the sentiment back at you Wickes.

Just wanted to share my thanks to Mandy (Store Manager) who couldn’t have been more helpful with an issue that I had with some cement boards that I had purchased. Despite the store being incredibly busy, she gave me time, she listened and she resolved my query. Excellent customer service, I will definitely return to Wickes Newport again for my DIY materials.

Paid to have a new bathroom fitted by Wickes. Absolutely nightmare from the very beginning, the shower screen was fitted with only allowing 12” gap to enter the shower area. The copper pipe to the radiator ran two foot along the skirting board before connecting to the radiator. Their workmanship was a terrible and they never finished the job. Would never recommend them to anyone.
