Called into the Northallerton store today for some screws.
Lindsay was extremely helpful and I left Wickes with everything I needed!

Called into Wicks Northallerton yesterday looking for some help on multi link pipes, spoke with 'Simon,' extremely helpful, and resolved the problems I had, excellent customer service,

Simon was extremely helpfull and very professional with good customer focus, he is a credit to Whicks

Very good experience of the staff today at northallerton branch. Simon on duty...great guy...give him a smile and a bit of banter.

This review is based on solely the senior kitchen designer david , i can honestly say after several failed attempts with other kitchen sales places im glad i called in on off chance and got to meet david , who may i add is genuinly a top bloke much enjoyed his company our waffle and generally now consider him my buddy , his years of experience stood out from a mile he listened he absorbed he took his time and showed great interest , there was clarity he gave me options i got everything i needed from such a mind boggling expensive job like kitchen design . I am yet to have my kitchen delivered so i cant review that particular situation just yet but i have every faith that if there is unsurity or issues he will be straight round to assess guide and advice and remedy if any situations occur ,the man is a proffesional and takes great pride .

Having looked at different ranges of kitchens, bathrooms and toilets from various suppliers, we decided to go for all three from Wickes in Northallerton. David was assigned to measure up, and design all three rooms, and the process couldn't have been easier. His attention to detail and advice is very professional, and in a short time the finished designs were ready, and we picked our choices of fittings and fixtures. Wickes stays in touch throughout the whole process, and we are delighted with the customer service we have received so far. We are now nearly at the stage of installing all 3 rooms, and I will leave another review when they are completed. A great service so far, watch this space!!

The whole experience was brilliant. The kitchen was designed well and Michael the fitter was quick and efficient. I was able to ask ( many ) stupid questions along the way but nothing was too much trouble for Zoe( designer), Mark ( customer service contact) and Michael the fitter ( and his team ) All in all a beautiful kitchen for a very reasonable price ) I can recommend Wickes whole heartedly.

Craig and the team were incredibly helpful and friendly finding me the item I needed.

We needed flooring, adhesive and cement. Also drain pipe cap with rodding cap, but they didn't have that. Even so Molly at the till was very good, quick and pleasant to speak to with a smile for the customer. Very good!!

The lifestyle kitchen I ordered arrived with 1 unit DAMAGED, one unit that DOES NOT FIT TOGETHER and one unit with a MISSING PART.
The branch that designed and sold me the kitchen are not interested in helping as the kitchen was not delivered by them and have directed me to customer services.
It is now 8 days after I have raised a complaint with customer services, still NO RESOLUTION.
I have a kitchen that cannot be completed and down time costs from the fitter.

Just like to say a big to Jess Wally for being so helpful in going straight to the exact paint I needed. I would have never found it. Thank you very much

I have had the most horrible experience of the 3 bathrooms I had freshly installed in my home- I have to say the designer in the store was polite and good, however our nightmare started soon after this stage.

The installer supplied was a Mathew Baker installation company from Northallerton. This guy is incredibly rude, incompetent, racist and dismissive. The work was done in a very incompetent manner which left several problems for us to deal with and with NO support from this guy. On top of this Wickes have taken NO steps to remove him from their ' approved installer status' which is nothing but corrupted boys network helping each others and supporting each others mess.

For the past 6 months I have been fighting for my right and yet it is to get resolved! I have not only wasted my £20000 on these incompetent people, but also have received a constant ridicule and racist attitude from these people to make us feel unwanted and troublesome.

I wish I had NEVER gone to Wickes and their horrible installers and have taken some reputed company.

This whole experience has given us sleepless nights for past 6 months and I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone in my life!! I wish I could rate these guys a 0, but they have not made this on deliberate reason.
