Great customer service and advice (Caitlin Hill). We liked the bathroom ideas Caitlin prepared for us. She also explained everything very well.There is a good range of appliances and decoration to choose from. We also value a lot a possibility of using Wicke's approved instalators/builders, and 2 years financing!

We used Wickes kitchen & bathroom design service in-store and the design consiltant Claire Asiss was absolutely 10/10.
The process was seamless, easy of contact, open discussions and full of honesty.
I would highly recommend Wickes (and Claire) to anyone.
It was a brilliant experience and at a really great affordable price.
The quality is really good too.

Caitlin at Oxford made the experience of designing and ordering very straightforward and clear and she really knows her stuff. She took a lot of the confusion out of the process. Hopefully the rest will be as easy....

Great experience designing our kitchen.

Caitlin from Oxford was did a really great job. She immediately understood the limitations we had with respect to space and responded with some great ideas. Looking forward to getting it fitted.

We recently purchased a new kitchen from Wickes Botley Oxford.
I have previously written a review regarding the help received with the design and the choosing of the kitchen units which we are pleased with.
We would now like to thank the installation team- Red Dragon- managed by Simon Thompson for their part in the process.
Following the installation of the kitchen we noticed a couple of flawes on a draw front and a display cabinet.
These items were quickly replaced by Wickes and reinstalled by a member of the Red Dragon team.
Plumbing and painting went well despite the decorators having to contend with a high vaulted ceiling with beams to negotiate.
We were required to update the fuse board to comply with electrical regulations as new lights were being installed( husband has electrical background and agreed with this). This highlighted other issues indicating more wiring required an up grade.
Again confirmed by husband.
The Red Dragon electrical team agreed to continue with this update despite it not being part of the original work load. (Obviously the quote was amended.)
Communication with us was very good and we always felt we could txt/call Simon or Kieron - project manager- if we had questions.
All members of the Red Dragon Team were very polite, friendly and professional and always cleaned up at the end of the day!
A big thank you to Simon and his team especially the electricians led by Jamie.

Ordered some paint had a phone call stating that as the store only had 2 tins 1 was getting sent from another store so not to worry, when I got home I noticed that I had been delivered 2 tins of wrong paint, I rang the store spoke to a man who apologised and promised to look into this, just over a hour later he was at the door to swap over the paint on his way home. He explained that the driver had dropped it off at the wrong address mixing up my paint with another customer, 30 minutes later I had the correct paint . Wonderful customer service. Will be using again

Caitlin at Wickes oxford was very knowledgable and helpful and produced a good kitchen plan.

The team member who helped us, Caitlin in Oxford, was really great. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, with lots of great idea, but also listened carefully to our needs and thoughts without pushing her own preferences. She really did everything to make sure we got what we wanted. On her end, everything was great. There are a few downsides that have more to do with the company and the location. The range of products on display is fairly limited because of lack of space in Oxford. The range of available materials could have been wider, and the overall pricing seemed pretty high, though the quality seems to be pretty good as well. The software used to render the designs was not great. There is much better software available on the market and with other companies. The 3D views were not very good and the package of materials we received to show us what we had ordered was very low on images. That is not ideal, considering that so much more is possible these days and that the pricing is so high. Caitlin was great, though, and I think we will overall be getting a good design and overall good product.

My wife and I worked with Claire from the Oxford branch, and throughout she made the entire process seem effortless. From design, to product selection, Claire knew her stuff and we placed our order same day. Highly recommend.

The design consultant, Caitlin Hill in Oxford, was excellent. Listened to what we had to say, implemented those ideas, explained her plan and made changes where necessary. Her customer service was excellent. Having had many plans drawn up by various designers at different kitchen companies Caitlin's was the best.

Caitlin at the Oxford store was fantastic. We went to different companies for a quote for our kitchen, and no one was as creative as Caitlin was. The prices were also unmatched. Caitlin also gave us some amazing ideas for our bathroom, which we would not have thought of ourselves.

The only downside was our delivery date was cancelled without notification. This was not a major issue for us as we are building the kitchen ourselves, however we had arranged for someone to build it for us, it would have been even more frustrating.

We used the Wickes kitchen design service, Melissa did a great job at designing a kitchen around what we wanted, gave great advice on things we weren't sure about and made the whole thing a good experience. Thank you.

Wickes store at Botley Road provided a comprehensive display of kitchen layouts and this coupled with our designer Mellisa gave us a variety of appropriate options for our new kitchen.
Melissa after visiting our home gave us excellent advice and discussed with us the advantages and disadvantages of various designs and was empathetic to our thoughts and concerns.
By using the store layouts she helped us to arrive at an appropriate layout taking into account the room layout.
I cannot overstate the effort and care she put into our design.
We hope the installation goes smoothly and our new kitchen lasts as well as our 20 year old Wickes one in our previous house

Melissa in the design team at Wickes Oxford has been outstanding. Patient, friendly, enthusiastic, informed, and helpful. Compared to other experiences we have had elsewhere, she and her colleagues including Claire have really stood out as excellent both in person and on the phone.

We’re working to tighten timescale requiring the initial design concepts that we perfected in the meeting, followed by a third and final meeting to review and sign off on a completely new house kitchen, family bathroom and en-suite bathroom. Melissa was central to this process being completed quickly and without any issues. Always on hand to help and guide us as we developed the plans. Thanks, Melissa, excellent work!

We had a fantastic design experience working with Claire from the Wickes Oxford branch. From an initial introductory call, to the home visit, to the design visits in-store she was extremely helpful and made the whole process very straightforward (and enjoyable!). She always made sure to answer our many questions fully and with product demonstrations wherever possible, and integrated our often-changing ideas without fuss. She clearly outlined our options in terms of timing and cost to give us the confidence to proceed with sufficient flexibility. We are excited to crack on with the project as soon as we can and look forward to hopefully working with Claire on other areas of our new house in the future!
