Visited this branch today and even though it was a very busy atmosphere, I was helped out by Shaiba. I'm an OAP and not very good with lifting or walking around but I told this lady what I needed and she went and got the bags of stones on a trolley and even put them in my car for me. Very helpful and puts the men to shame!

I visited Wickes Perry Barr today and was greeted by a lady called Teresa whilst looking for some wall paint. What an absolute credit to the store she is. Bubbly and friendly with a Sense of humour!. Great knowledge of the stores paint and made us feel confident we had made the right choice (we are happy to say we did, we are half we spent the little extra now). A credit to Wickes as we hope to see her there again when we need some advice and service.

Products are easy to locate. I was after some Loam Based potting compost which was located in the outside area. A young man named Callum assisted me, he obtained a trolley for my goods, he was delayed coming back, and apologised for my having to wait. He then picked up 2 bags of potting compost and put them on the trolley and walked with me to the checkout. He offered to take the trolley to my car and loaded it on for me.
