The paint I wanted wasn’t on the shelves the lady checked said there was four in the back but couldn’t get to it for at least two hours !! Jade then said I will go and see if I can get it for you and come back with the paint . So very friendly and helpful

Myself and my daughter’s experience was brilliant in Wickes Rotherham
We were wanting two tins of Wickes Matt Calico 5L paint, to use to decorate my daughter’s bedroom. There was only one tin out on the shelves. When I enquired about sourcing another tin Jay the assistant went over and above helping with our enquiry. He checked stock online and found an additional tin in store. Which saved us a lot of time and inconvenience.

Came in Wickes Rotherham Store this morning bright and early wanting to order some flooring for delivery, asked someone and this great young lad called Cam got to deal with me bless him😂
He did an amazing job(with very slight help from the lady on the till next to him) made sure that everything was exactly what I wanted, showing me options on other stuff and telling me exactly what my costings was!!!
Absolute top job and took the stress out of the beginning of my day and all within 15 mins max!!
Great service so thank you Cam!!

All the staff were really helpful and supportive, even given that they were busy. Emily S on the checkout took time to support me with my enquiry and was really great. A great experience all round, thank you team. Not a Wickes regular? Don't be put off even if you are a DIY novice they will look after you. Go on give them a go, you won't regret it.

I visited my local wickes store after a long break. I was pleasantly surprised by the assistant at the counter. Emily gave me helpful info on the items I needed.She was very helpful, and also helped me reregister as a trader,which saved me 10 percent on all items I bought for which I'm ever so greatful.

All the Staff are friendly n helpful, today was no different young Emily was happy to serve us at the end of the working day and still with a smile

The kitchen designer has been very helpful throughout the process. He was very understanding of changes we had to make part way through the ordering process and was available to answer any questions.
The fitting team were also polite and extremely skilful in making on-site alterations to accommodate unexpected obstacles.
A very professional service.

Myself and my Husband visited this store on the 1st December (evening ) to choose paint a young lady Lauren went above and beyond to help us we would like to say thankyou amazing customer service

I visited Wickes (Rotherham/Canklow) branch on 10/03/25 at around 10am
First off I encountered a very helpful chap who guided me to what I needed
I then went to pay and encountered the most miserable, rude girl.
Maria, dark hair, glasses. Now I don’t expect dancing girls, but a little common decency and a thank you goes a long way.
This girl never looked at me, had a face like a slapped arse, too busy chatting to her colleague and when I paid she just carried on. Horrendous customer service

Recently had a bathroom purchased and installed through wickes. Jonathan who helped us with the design and making sure everything ran smoothly was excellent throughout. Bathroom was fitted with precision. Would highly recommend.

Julie at the Rotherham store has gone above ans beyond customer service. After ordering from wicks website and dpd delivering me 5litre of smashed paint, when I rang Julie she instantly put aside paint for me, explained the process of claiming money back and saved a stressfull weekend of painting. Cant thank her enouh

I didn’t have high hopes for any company being able to come up with a plan that worked for my small square kitchen with three doors, two windows and wonky walls. It would have been any planners nightmare but Wickes designer, Jonathan Brayshaw not only came up with an extremely workable design but has been in constant touch throughout the fit out. When plans had to be adjusted slightly mid fit out and a component also had to be switched out he was there on both occasions ensuring that both matters were dealt with swiftly and to mine and my husband’s satisfaction, I can’t thank him enough.

We used Wickes kitchen fitters, Wayne and Reece, who pulled out all the stops to deliver my dream kitchen using their expertise and experience, suggesting options for the small details when I had run out of any decision making capability I may once have had. A great team to have around.

Overall it’s been a well planned and executed installation and I’ve felt that I’ve had all the relevant information I’ve needed, with contact numbers for additional support should I need it. I’m so pleased I went to Wickes.
