Wickes - Salisbury Reviews 

Sooooo frustrated. Will never spend this kind of money with Wicks again. £1500 on a few units for the utility, first delivery was missing an item. one of the other items was damaged in a visible place. missing unit turned up four days later in a wet damaged box with a wet damaged wall unit, we sent it back. told we would be called back - no one called. noone wants to pick up the original damaged unit, Still waiting for missing units, given a £4 delivery charge refund for our trouble… come on wicks this is shocking service.

We had an amazing experience today at wickes Andrew Clements helped us to he was whole way through designing our new kitchen he gave us everything we want and we had a great laugh long the way I can’t wait to see it fitted, amazing customer service knows his stuff about everything and wasn’t pushy at all I’m extremely happy with Andrew Clements Thankyou for your time today

The children are thrilled with the new kit and these will all help with their critical thinking and dengineering skills and aid their physical development. Thank you all again!

Unfortunately part of my original online order was missing from 3x boxes from some circa. 15 boxes delivered - (turns out to be the responsibility of the courier TBC) - However once notified - Betty at Wickes central helpline and Peter at Salisbury Wickes solved everything perfectly in record time ! Easy, free parking. Very few customers. Main item I needed and the reason I chose to use Wickes rather than the many other DIY stores, was OUT OF STOCK.

Always get good service at this Salisbury Wickes branch. So much so we prefer coming here rather than the local builders merchants

I went in to get some paint a few days ago and as there were quite a few to choose from I really didn't know which one to go with. One of the guys saw that I wasn't sure what I was doing and quickly helped me. Really great service, really appreciate it!

The community Programme really supported Breamore Primary as it allowed us to access resources to allow us to set up our garden area. Without these resources we would have struggled to get the area ready for this spring.

Wickes designed and fitted my bathroom and I would highly recommend the service. The designers were keen to achieve what I envisioned + helped me work with the small space I had. There was a parcel missing from the delivery, but I went into the store and the manager provided me with a replacement there and then, so as not to delay the bathroom fit. Thank you Wickes!!

I received really good service from Emma who supported me in planning and choosing my kitchen. She understood my budget and guided me through everything so well. She found me good deals and was so helpful and friendly, thaf it made the whole process much easier.

Thank you to the team at Wickes, Salisbury for donating some very needed equipment for our outdoor learning area at school! The tarps, guttering and spades have all been put to great use, encouraging team work, problem solving and critical thinking. Digging is great for physical exercise and ultimately helps with good handwriting while grounding the children at the same time! The guttering has been used for river projects, waterfalls and looking at gravity and flow. The tarps are used in their dengineering and have kept been put to use in constructing WWII shelters!

Always a reasonably priced store, sometimes a little on stock which can very occasionally limit choice. But the staff are helpful, products seem well priced and they do have a good choice for project such as kitchens

The ease of ordering and great choice of kitchen units. Also we’d like to mention a special thank you to Tom Burt our design Consultant from the Salisbury branch. He was professional and knowledgeable throughout as he guided us through the whole process. Tom really listened to our ideas and wishes. He suggested various different options which we had not considered which pulled the whole look together. As a result our new kitchen took shape in the way we had hoped for. He is an asset to Wicks and we would highly recommend him to friends and family. He is sadly moving from the Salisbury branch to work in the Wicks branch in Bournemouth. Definitely their gain.
