Had a really great customer service last week by an employee called Ed. I had to go three days in a row as I needed a specific type of tile for my bathroom that wasn’t in stock, and he was super helpful in managing to get the type I needed in stock for the next day. I then had to go back for more supplies for my bathroom renovation, and he remembered the bathroom project and showed really good knowledge of the products available, saving me time, and even money, as some products were on sale!
Happy to see that this company still invests in really good customer service.

I have received outstanding customer service from Tara with my kitchen design, she has been patient, knowledgeable, confident and friendly. I can’t thank her enough! Overall the team in Sutton are so welcoming and efficient. I am now a regular customer!

Popped into the Sutton store today and thankfully was assisted by Dave, he couldn’t have been more helpful. 1st of all he took the time to get the worktop we needed of the shelf and then helped us to select the right quality. Dave was courteous, helpful and also helped me load the worktop onto my van, couldn’t have had a better experience through the whole process

Laura from the Sutton Wickes branch was beyond helpful when it came to helping us with some donations for our annual PTA summer fair. Through the community programme Wickes donated some gazebos which are now know as the “posh gazebos” as they are brilliant and so quick to put up/ down. From the first email to collection everyone was beyond helpful and they even offered a little colouring book to my little girl when we were in store and chatting. Excellent customer service!

Needed some items for a garden project, bumped into a really helpful gentleman. Cian was very kind and helped me work out what materials and quantities I needed. Great members of staff in that branch.

While we are exploring some refurbishment, and therefore we went to Wickes Sutton to take a look on both kitchen and bathroom stuff. Ria is so helpful and professional who explain every process in a detail manner. Also she help arranging an onsite service swiftly whereby we could manage these complicated issues, at least to us, without hassle. Heartfelt thanks for her great services.

Thank you so much to Laura and everyone at Wickes, Sutton who kindly supported Belsize Court with their Garden Project. Belsize Court is an extra care assisted living facility, supporting residents with various health conditions and disabilities.

We have been improving the outdoor space and have some accessible raised flower beds, which required a large number of materials, such as soil and gardening utensils for our residents to use.

Laura very kindly agreed to support us, donating and arranging delivery of the items we needed, which has really helped to make a difference!!

A big thank you to Wickes, on behalf of everyone at Belsize Court. These activities enable our residents to feel involved, furthermore helping to reduce feelings of social isolation. Your support is greatly appreciated!

I live in a care home in Sutton for people with a variety of debilitating health conditions and recently reached out to Wickes for assistance with our community garden. The help we received from the entire Wickes team was excellent. From the delivery guy to the Store Manager, Laura, the service was superb. Nothing was too much trouble. I can not fault Wickes in how they have helped us. With their help we have improved our communal garden space which, in turn, has led to an improvement in Social Inclusion. Thanks again to Laura and her entire team at Wickes Sutton.

We ventured into Wickes Sutton just before Christmas last year to explain about the Community Volunteer Squad project we run at the Volunteer Centre Sutton. We wanted our wonderful volunteers to be able to fit reflective radiator foil in the homes of the elderly, disabled and economically challenged residents of Sutton.
Laura made no hesitation in speaking to head office and quickly obtaining authorisation to donate a large number of foil rolls. We were over the moon.
Our volunteers started to fit the foil straight away as the winter months were already here. The residents were so grateful:
“What a wonderful service, this will really help to keep me warm as I have been worried to turn my heating on for the cost. The volunteer who came to fit the foil was really kind. Thank you for your help.”

Manager Laura was an absolute star!
She has stepped forward to help when we were in need, and personally made sure we received all the help we could get. Her efforts and willingness are inspiring!

I use wickes quiet regularly, my only issue with Wickes has always been the staff, they are mostly rude and make you feel put out for asking for help. Although there is a staff member called young Dave who is very helpful and friendly who makes coming to wickes a lot more enjoyable.

I just have to mention the service I received from Young Dave and Amy. The help and support they offered was impeccable. Nothing was too much for them. They made my visit to the store enjoyable. I know who I'll be looking out for next time I visit and need help with anything.

A great service given by young dave advice given on a delivery which happened with no problems. He’s a credit to your company.

I've been helped by Young Dave from the Sutton branch. He was very helpful with suggestions and showing around. He made my experience at Wickes memorable. I'm definitely coming back. I really love this shop full of chilled shop assistants and Young Dave is a great asset.
